Nowadays,with the rapid development of national fitness,the demand for sports and fitness venues by the public is increasing,and the functional needs of sports venues will also become more diverse.At the same time,the urbanization process is accelerating,and the contradiction between people and land is becoming increasingly conflicting.How to better meet people’s fitness needs in limited space is an urgent problem to be solved.In recent years,as an emerging thing,rooftop sports spaces have sprung up like mushrooms after rain.However,due to its strong openness,people moving in this space are susceptible to the influence of the external climate environment.In the summer and winter seasons of the Guanzhong region,the climate conditions are relatively harsh.This article aims to study the climate strain design of roof sports spaces,in order to improve the utilization rate of roof sports spaces and improve the comfort of roof spaces.This article mainly focuses on the relationship between local climate,sports,and architectural space.The research is divided into four steps: firstly,based on the climate characteristics of the Guanzhong region and relevant theories of thermal environment,summarize the relationship between sports and climate environment,explain the constraints of rooftop sports space design,and then propose the classification of rooftop sports spaces.Secondly,conduct on-site research and analysis on the current status of roof sports spaces in existing public buildings from three aspects: space use,satisfaction,and meteorological data measurement.Summarize the preferences for sports types,prioritize the impact of climate factors on sports behavior,select solar radiation and wind environment as factors for climate optimization,and factors that affect the microclimate of roof spaces.Thirdly,conduct thermal environment simulation analysis on different types of roof motion spaces,propose typical models of roof motion spaces,compare the simulation analysis results of sunlight radiation,wind environment,and UTCI,and summarize the microclimate characteristics of different types of roof spaces.Fourthly,based on the research in the first two chapters,propose a climate strain design strategy for roof motion spaces,and finally use a design to reflect the climate strain design application of roof motion spaces.’Adaptation’ refers to the dynamic adaptation process between architecture and climate,as well as between architecture and sports needs.This article conducts a detailed study on the characteristics of crowd movement behavior and the use of public building roof spaces in the Guanzhong area.It proposes the construction of the movement function of public building roof spaces in the Guanzhong area,and combines unique climate characteristics to propose detailed climate change design strategies for different types of roof spaces,so as to achieve a dynamic matching process between the movement function of the space and the climate,It is conducive to solving the current problems of shortage and improper design of outdoor sports venues in cities,and provides reference for the utilization of rooftop space in public buildings and the design of sports spaces in the Guanzhong area.
