Finger friction behavior is closely related to daily life.People touch a variety of soft products every day.The friction behavior in contact with skin determines the functionality and comfort of these products to a large extent.The finger is also the most sensitive and frequently used part of the human body’s tactile perception,so the tribological behavior research between the finger skin and the soft surface is helpful to understand the mechanism of human grasping,manipulation and feeling of objects,and then lay the foundation for the development of flexible materials and products in the fields of electronic skin,robotics,and sports.The main research work and conclusions are as follows.In this paper,human fingers are used as the research object,and the surface of the microwoven flexible body is used as the friction object.And the expression of contact area under the comprehensive influence of skin fingerprint and surface texture is derived.The function model between friction coefficient and normal load and the function model between friction and normal load are established to analyze the role of the adhesion friction mechanism and the deformation friction mechanism in the friction process.Three kinds of materials were used to prepare soft samples with different texture shapes at a micrometer scale.A new type of finger friction experiment platform was built,and this platform can quantitatively control the friction angle,friction speed,and normal load.In order to reduce the human interference factors in the friction experiment process,the experimental device has added the arm bracket of the subject.In this paper,a series of experiments on finger friction behavior have been carried out.The results showed that in the process of friction between fingers and soft micro-textured surfaces,friction consists of the adhesive friction component and the deformation friction component.The adhesive friction component has a greater impact on the friction performance of fingers.The normal load,friction velocity,skin moisture content,soft materials,and surface micro-texture morphology can significantly affect the friction behavior of fingers.When the normal load applied by fingers increases,the friction will increase and the friction coefficient will decrease.The friction force and friction coefficient will increase with the increase of friction speed;When the moisture content of the skin is high,the friction force and friction coefficient will decrease with the increase of moisture content.When the normal load is low,the friction force and coefficient of friction between the sample with lower texture depth and the sample with larger texture spacing will be greater;When the normal load is high,the friction and coefficient of friction between the sample with higher texture depth and the sample with smaller texture spacing will be greater.
