As a non-invasive,portable,and visual inspection method,the capsule endoscope has gradually gained wide recognition from patients and the industry in the course of its development in the last 20 years.In this paper,in response to the potential needs of the digestive tract examination market,I have studied and designed a two-megapixel capsule endoscopic lens and a dual-field capsule endoscopic lens specifically for blind areas of the visual field.First,by studying the characteristics of the intestinal tract,analyzing the characteristics of intestinal imaging,and focusing on comparing the image quality of domestic and foreign capsule endoscopes,a high-definition wide-angle capsule endoscopic lens with a shorter overall length and a larger field of view was designed using Zemax optical design software.The objective lens has a field of view angle of 174°,a total length of 6 mm,and a maximum radial diameter of 4 mm.It is matched with a1/6-inch imaging chip to meet the requirements of high resolution(greater than 0.6 at89lp/mm).The spot diagram radius is 1.9 μm,which makes it have good imaging quality.Secondly,in order to solve the blind area of vision caused by a large number of folds and loops in the human intestine,I designed a dual-field endoscope lens.I use optical elements with reflective areas to achieve simultaneous imaging of the front field of view and the side rear field of view,so as to eliminate the blind area of the field of view and reduce the miss rate of the capsule endoscope.The objective lens has a front field angle of 120°,a side rear field angle of 50° to 100°,a total length of 11 mm,and a maximum radial diameter of 10 mm.It is matched with a 1/6-inch imaging chip,which can meet the requirement of a resolution of Three hundred thousand pixels(greater than 0.5 at67lp/mm).The spot diagram radius is 3.6 μm,and the maximum distortion is 34%,which makes it have good imaging quality.In this article,I have performed mechanical structure design and tolerance analysis on both lenses.Through the application of stray light analysis software ASAP,the stray light situation under the actual scattering model was simulated and analyzed,and a solution to the stray light problem that may be encountered was proposed.
