In recent years,the drastic changes in the international environment have had a significant impact on the global economy and society.The political and economic shifts have greatly affected the supply chain,demand,production,and international market prices of the nonferrous metal industry,posing significant challenges to fund management.As an internal financial institution within the group,the financial company plays a vital role in the fund management of the enterprise group,and its risk management directly affects the effectiveness of fund management.This thesis adopts the methods of case analysis and literature research,combining the research findings from databases such as CNKI and domestic and international sources.Taking YS Group’s financial company as a case study,it examines the risk management measures taken by the financial company in response to the uncertainty caused by external environmental changes,focusing on risk identification,risk assessment,and risk response processes.This thesis summarizes the effectiveness and issues of its risk management,and provides corresponding recommendations.The innovation of this thsis lies in the comprehensive analysis of risk management measures employed by YS Group’s financial company and the identification of unresolved issues at the regulatory,group,and company levels.From the perspectives of management concepts,the establishment of a treasury-type financial company,and the implementation of digitization,suggestions and opinions are provided for further optimizing the risk management of financial companies.This offers valuable insights and practical significance for financial companies to conduct risk management in the face of similar uncertainties arising from external environmental changes.
