| There are all kinds of decision-making problems in our society.With the development of society,uncertainty is often accompanied in all kinds of decision-making problems.Fuzzy set theory and rough set theory are often used to solve multi-attribute group decision making problems because of their advantages in describing uncertain problems.In this paper,multi-attribute group decision making is studied.From the perspective of rough sets and fuzzy sets,multi-attribute group decision making methods based on maximal consistent blocks of interval set rough sets(MCB-Interval set rough set)and weighted intuitionistic hesitation fuzzy sets(WIH-Fuzzy set)are proposed,respectively.The main contents include:(1)The maximal consistent block based on Euclidean distance is given in the information system,and the optimistic and pessimistic rough sets based on the maximal consistent block(optimistic,pessimistic MCB-Rough set)are introduced,and their properties are discussed.By introducing interval set into rough set,optimistic and pessimistic interval set rough set based on maximal consistent block(optimistic,pessimistic MCB-Interval set rough set)is proposed.Their properties and the precision of some kinds of rough sets are studied.Five groups of UCI data sets were selected for experiments to verify the advantages of two types of MCB-Interval set rough set model compared with the corresponding model under the consistent relation.Finally,a sorting method in multi-attribute group decision making problem and a MCB-Rough set method for multi-attribute group decision making problem are proposed.(2)Intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy entropy is introduced to intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy set,and their properties are discussed.A WIH-Fuzzy set is proposed,and the distance measure and the similarity measure on the WIH-Fuzzy set are studied.Using intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy entropy,this paper presents a method to determine the expert weight when the expert weight is unknown in multi-attribute group decision making problems.Two kinds of multiattribute group decision making methods are given,which are distance measure based on WIH-Fuzzy set and score function based on WIH-Fuzzy set. |
