| CF/PEEK composite material is a kind of thermoplastic composite material.Due to its excellent heat resistance,corrosion resistance,high strength,and high toughness,it has become the preferred structural material for advanced equipment in the aerospace field.With the development of China’s aerospace technology,the demand for CF/PEEK composite parts is increasing.Laser in-situ forming technology is an ideal forming technology for thermoplastic composite materials.Using laser in-situ forming technology to form CF/PEEK composite materials can greatly improve production efficiency.In the process of laser in-situ forming,the forming quality of CF/PEEK composite materials depends on the temperature distribution,temperature history,phase change law,and stress distribution of the composite material during the PEEK resin melting process.In order to study the factors affecting the forming quality of CF/PEEK composite materials,this paper conducts simulation analysis of the melting process of square top flat laser static irradiation CF/PEEK composite materials,and the research results will have important engineering guidance significance for promoting the development of CF/PEEK composite material laser in-situ forming technology.This paper investigates the melting process of CF/PEEK composite materials under square top flat laser static irradiation.The study focuses on the following aspects:Simulation analysis of the temperature distribution in CF/PEEK composite materials under square top flat laser irradiation.A thermal conduction finite element model of laser irradiated CF/PEEK composite materials was constructed.The constructed finite element model was then imported into COMSOL simulation software for calculation,which obtained the temperature distribution of CF/PEEK composite materials at different time points.The temperature distribution of carbon fiber and PEEK in different layers is studied to obtain the temperature field distribution characteristics of CF/PEEK composite materials and the evolution law of temperature history with increasing laser irradiation time,which provides theoretical analysis for the actual heat transfer process of CF/PEEK composite material forming.This paper analyzes the melting process of CF/PEEK composite materials under square top flat laser irradiation.The phase field method is used to construct a phase field model,and COMSOL simulation software is used for calculation to obtain the solid-liquid phase distribution from the beginning of melting to the end of heating and solidification.The phase change law of the melting process of CF/PEEK composite materials is obtained,providing theoretical analysis for the actual processing and forming of CF/PEEK composite materials.The thermal stress distribution of CF/PEEK composite materials under square top flat laser irradiation is analyzed.A thermal stress equation is constructed using the finite element method,and simulation calculation is performed using COMSOL software to obtain the stress distribution during the laser irradiation process.The stress situation at different positions is compared for carbon fiber and PEEK,and the internal stress distribution of CF/PEEK composite materials is obtained,providing theoretical analysis for the forming quality of actual CF/PEEK composite materials.This paper studies different square top flat laser parameters by changing the angle between the square top flat laser and carbon fiber axial direction,laser power density,laser spot size,and flatness of the square top flat laser.The temperature field changes under different parameters are obtained,and the effects of these parameters are analyzed to provide theoretical analysis of process parameters for the actual forming of CF/PEEK composite materials using different square top flat laser parameters.Based on simulation calculations of CF/PEEK composite material under static laser irradiation,this paper obtained the temperature distribution and temperature history evolution characteristics during the irradiation process,the phase change law of the solidliquid phases during the melting process,and the internal stress distribution of CF/PEEK composite materials.Additionally,the influence of different square top flat laser parameters is summarized,providing a theoretical basis for the actual laser in-situ forming of CF/PEEK composite materials with important significance. |
