The urbanization process has been accelerated with the development of social economy,and the overall quality of life of the public has been improved while further increasing the burden on the urban ecological environment.As a major element of urban microclimate,urban wind environment plays a key role in the dissipation of urban heat island effect,diffusion of air pollutants,perception of wind comfort in open space and wind safety of high-rise buildings,and also has a great impact on urban climate environment.Therefore,the urban planning response based on climate change is particularly urgent and necessary nowadays,and the research on urban wind environment has double practical application value for urban planning work and future urban development.In this paper,the core area of Hong Kong Middle Road in the South District of Qingdao City is selected as an urban business district to analyze the wind environment problems in the core area with dense buildings,overlapping functions and population concentration.From the perspective of urban design,the numerical simulation,evaluation methods and correlation between wind environment and urban spatial morphology of the urban business district are studied and discussed to provide a reference technical method and improvement strategy for the optimization of wind environment in urban business district.Firstly,the development history of wind environment is eDplained,and the relevant policies,standards and evaluation strategies involved in the evaluation of outdoor wind environment are eDplained.Secondly,in order to complete the pedestrian comfort in the wind-based financial business district,we need to analyze the urban scale to which the study area belongs,the large urban scale to which the study area belongs,and collect and organize the data such as floor area ratio,building density,and average building height of each neighborhood,establish a model based on the relevant data,and eDplain the basic process and method of PHOENCIS software simulation,and establish the modeling domain of the study area.The modeling domain of the study area was established;then the neighborhoods of typical urban business districts were selected for site measurements,and the measured data were analyzed to summarize the neighborhoods with wind environment problems,and the results were compared with those of the software simulation to verify the accuracy and scientificity of the computer simulation.Again,the wind environment was evaluated by software simulation with the dominant wind direction in summer and winter,and the results were verified and the wind environment was evaluated by correlating the average wind speed ratio of the two seasons with the block’s volume ratio,building density,enclosure and other morphological indicators.The regression equations were Y(average wind speed ratio)=2.751-1.993×enclosure,and Y(average wind speed ratio)=1.271+0.021×(0.707×average height+0.717×building density).two regression equations to conclude that the differences in spatial layout of buildings in each neighborhood can lead to different results in wind environment,where two important influencing factors,respectively,are the neighborhood spatial enclosure and height pattern.The layout of typical neighborhood units in the study area is analyzed,and from the degree of enclosure,it is divided into basic types such as no enclosure,low enclosure,semi-enclosure,enclosure,etc.From the height pattern,it is divided into independent large volume high-rise or multi-story buildings,high-rise building groups,multi-story and high-rise combination and other combination types,both of which are classified more,and four neighborhood units with more typical wind environment are selected for analysis in this paper.Compare the differences of wind environment under different types of spatial morphology units,and analyze their characteristics,problems and causes.Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator(free version)Finally,we summarize the correlations and propose optimization strategies to improve the wind environment in urban business districts,firstly,we summarize the optimization strategies of neighborhood teDture,from the control of building density,building height and enclosure.Finally,a residential neighborhood in the study area is selected as an eDample,and a numerical simulation eDperiment is conducted to compare and analyze its neighborhood wind environment before and after the optimization design,concluding that the optimization design of the neighborhood spatial form for wind environment evaluation is beneficial to its wind environment improvement and verifying the accuracy of the strategy.
