With the gradual increase of heavy and high-sulfur crude oil processing in China,the risk of hydrogen sulfide leakage poisoning caused by the corrosion and perforation of equipment and facilities in oil refining and chemical enterprises cannot be ignored,which may cause a lot of personal injury and property loss.Paper for refining enterprises detector high redundancy,the problem of optimal placement of the low limitation,in actual operation unit in a certain refinery,for example,by conducting leakage risk analysis and the accident consequences CFD simulation,it is concluded that the influence of hydrogen sulfide leakage accident area and scope,and on the basis of building the risk degree and minimum response time as the objective function of the mathematical model of optimal placement,The solution method of the model is given,which provides theoretical calculation guidance for the placement of hydrogen sulfide detector.(1)Combining the leakage accident statistics of different safety assessment institutions and each device operation parameters(temperature,pressure,hydrogen sulfide)leak rate calculation,leakage risk identify joint sulfur recovery unit,identifying5 high-risk devices,using the K-means clustering algorithm in nearly five years of wind data to find out the wind direction and speed of three groups of representative values,As the environmental boundary conditions simulated by FLUENT,a set of high-risk leakage scenarios is constructed.(2)The heavy gas leakage experiment scheme is designed by using CO2 instead of hydrogen sulfide of the same heavy gas,and the experimental instrument selection is carried out.In ANSYS reduction experimental scheme of various parameters set,compared6)-and6)-a total of seven viscous two-equation models of their respective simulation results,analysis of the similarities and differences,comprehensive consideration of the calculation time and iteration times of each model,the realizable6)-model is optimized for hydrogen sulfide leakage simulation.(3)The realizable6)-model is used to simulate all high risk H2S leakage scenarios.Based on risk value of each scenario and each scenario of hydrogen sulfide has been detected by the detector time optimization model is established,the leakage risk and its corresponding shortest time with the optimization target of minimizing the sum of the product as a gas detector plan number and layout position as optimization variables,build the mathematical model of optimal placement of the gas detector based on risk.In MATLAB,YALMIP is used for modeling,and CPLEX solver is called for solving,Finally,we draw a conclusion that when the number of hydrogen sulfide detectors is 26,the corresponding arrangement scheme is the best.
