| In a large forest ecosystem, the decomposition of plant litter is a very important link for carbon and nutrient cycling, and plays an irreplaceable role in ecosystem productivity, soil nutrient supply, soil organic matter formation and soil microbial environment.Nutrient recycling is one of the main functions of forest ecosystem. The circulation and balance of elements in the ecosystem directly affect the level of productivity and the stability and sustainability of the ecosystem. In this study, field experiments were carried out in Baotianman Nature Reserve to further study the relationship between home and away enzyme responses in the decomposition process of leaf litter. In the study, leaf litter samples from different sources were collected and different treatment conditions were set, including litter input and underground root resource input,to simulate the real decomposition environment of leaf litter. At the same time, soil enzyme activities, especially those of glucosidase and other biological enzymes, were measured to evaluate the role of enzymes in the decomposition of litters. The results showed that the decomposition rate of leaf litter was affected by ecological environment, including temperature, humidity, soil p H value and other factors.Leaf litter from different sources has different effects on decomposition process, which may be related to its chemical composition, cellulose content, fatty acid ratio and other characteristics.Glucosidase plays an important role in the decomposition of litters, and its activity has a significant effect on the decomposition rate. The contribution of other enzymes to the decomposition rate is relatively small, but it still has some influence on the decomposition process. In addition, the effects of leaf litter from different sources on the activities of various enzymes were different, which may be related to the characteristics of leaf litter and the specificity of enzymes. In conclusion, this study is of great significance for revealing the relationship between home and away enzyme responses during leaf litter decomposition.Through in-depth understanding of the interaction between ecological environment and biological enzymes in the decomposition process of leaf litter,we can better understand the regulatory mechanism of carbon and nutrient cycling in forest ecosystem, and provide scientific basis for ecosystem protection and management. |
