Wetland countryside is a special geographical landscape unit widely distributed in the plains, with the characteristics of intertwined wetlands, farmland and villages, ecological importance and ecology.China is a large wetland country and a large rural country, with lakes, bays, natural ponds and ditches scattered throughout the vast countryside, and these wetland environments are constantly at work affecting the surrounding countryside. The acquisition and study of data on wetland systems in the countryside is of continuing importance to the health of the rural habitat. In order to investigate the influence of wetland ecosystems on the health of rural habitat, this study takes the villages along the lower reaches of the Bailang River in Weifang City,Shandong Province as the research object based on the PSR model, and constructs a system of26 indicators to evaluate the health of the Bailang River wetland and the rural landscape along it,consisting of three levels of pressure, state and response. The system uses hierarchical analysis and entropy method to assign weights to the 26 evaluation indicators, and by means of the comprehensive index method, the landscape health indices of the study area in 2010,2015 and 2020 are derived, and the reasons for the changes in the health indices are analysed. At the same time, several visits were made to the villages along the Bailang River to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of wetlands on the local healthy habitat environment, and to summarise the hidden problems in the development of healthy villages in the study area, and to propose some countermeasures for the subsequent environmental transformation. The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)In terms of the evaluation of the health of the landscape of the Bailang River wetland and the villages along it,the overall landscape health index in 2010,2015 and 2020 is 0.0849,0.5913 and 0.8299 respectively, with the level of landscape health rising from "disease" to"subhealthy "subhealthy" to "very healthy".Among the three subsystems, the landscape health indices of the pressure subsystem were 0.0960,0.5328 and 0.8885 for the three periods respectively, with the landscape health level increasing from "disease" to "very healthy";the landscape health indices of the state subsystem were 0.0960,0.5328 and 0.8885 for the three periods respectively, with the landscape health level increasing from "disease" to "very healthy".The landscape health indices for the three periods of the state subsystem were0.0257,0.5216 and 0.9468 respectively, with the landscape health status improving from"disease" to "very healthy" level;the landscape health indices for the three periods of the response subsystem were 0.1332,0.7197 and 0.659 respectively, with the landscape health status improving from "disease" to "very healthy" level,The landscape health index for the three periods of the response subsystem are 0.1332,0.7197 and 0.6545 respectively, and the landscape health condition is improved from "disease" level to "healthy" level.(2)Through research and survey, the health of the wetland ecosystem has a potential impact on the health of the villagers in the neighbouring villages, the living environment of the villages, the growth of vegetation in the villages and the production and living of the villagers. The health of wetlands should always be taken into account to promote the quality development of wetland conservation in a harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
