In the fierce competition of the global economy,knowledge plays an increasingly important role in all aspects.The process of knowledge dissemination is affected by many factors,and describing knowledge dissemination has become an interesting and challenging task.It is of great significance to build a model to describe the process of knowledge dissemination,study its dissemination mechanism,and take effective measures to promote knowledge dissemination.Based on individual differences,this paper constructs a corresponding knowledge dissemination model and draws relevant conclusions.(1)In view of the different impacts of external environment on knowledge,a model considering the impact of external environment on knowledge dissemination is built,and consumption rate and positive impact rate are added to represent the change of external impact.Then,the existence and stability of the equilibrium point of the model are discussed.The optimal control parameter expression and the optimal control system are calculated through the Hamilton function,and the simulation is carried out.It is found that these measures will have a beneficial impact on knowledge transmission by improving the conversion rate of the ignorant to the knowledgeable,the external positive influence rate,and reducing the negative influence rate.(2)Due to the different willingness of knowledge sharing among knowledge holders,knowledge holders are divided into individuals willing to share knowledge and individuals unwilling to share knowledge.A knowledge dissemination model considering individual willingness to share knowledge is constructed.The existence and stability of the equilibrium point of the model are discussed,the basic regeneration number is calculated,the optimal control method is introduced,and the numerical simulation is carried out.It is found that these measures can be beneficial to knowledge dissemination by improving the absorptive capacity of the ignorant,the conversion rate of individuals unwilling to share knowledge to individuals willing to share knowledge,the proportion of individuals willing to spread knowledge,and the proportion of individuals unwilling to spread knowledge.(3)According to the different ways of acquiring knowledge,the way of acquiring knowledge for the ignorant is divided into acquiring knowledge through self-study and acquiring knowledge through contact with the knowledgeable.A knowledge dissemination model considering the way of acquiring knowledge is established.At the same time,the internalization process of knowledge is added,the equilibrium point of the model is calculated,the existence and stability of the equilibrium point is proved,and then the basic regeneration number is calculated,and the expression of the optimal control is given.The study found that knowledge dissemination can be promoted by improving individual knowledge absorption rate,knowledge acceptance rate and the proportion of disseminates.
