Gear structure of high-speed train is an important motion and power transmission device,is an important part of the transmission system,its reliability has an important impact on the transmission system,in the process of structural safety analysis and design has an important role,in order to improve the safety and reliability of gear structure,gear reliability research is very necessary.However,at present,most researches are carried out using probability model,which is difficult to deal with the accuracy of probability density distribution function of parameters when the data is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the reliability of gear structure based on interval model for the safety,reliability and optimal design of gear structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The automatic method of structural reliability calculation is studied.Simply give the state function,the median value of parameter variables,radius,without additional programming,automatically obtain the reliability index of the structure.(2)The structural reliability analysis method based on interval model is studied.The explicit expression of structural reliability index is derived by using interval reliability theory.The static reliability analysis and resonant dynamic reliability analysis of gear structures were carried out by using the interval model-based structural reliability analysis method,and the Monte Carlo simulation method was used to verify the reliability analysis.(3)Based on interval model reliability analysis method,reliability sensitivity analysis of gear structure was carried out.The difference method is used to analyze the reliability sensitivity of gear structure.Based on the interval model reliability analysis method,Matlab was used to analyze the reliability sensitivity of each parameter variable of gear structure under different failure forms.(4)Gear and gear system reliability optimization design.Taking the structural reliability index of the interval model as the constraint condition and combining with other constraints,the reliability optimization analysis model based on the interval is given.On this basis,the reliability optimization design of gear and gear system is carried out.In this paper,a method of reliability calculation,sensitivity analysis and optimization design of gear structure based on interval model is proposed.The feasibility of the method is verified by numerical examples.The automatic method of structural reliability calculation proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the threshold of reliability method,and it is simple and convenient to be applied in engineering practice.This paper provides a useful reference for the reliability analysis of gear structure.
