In natural language,there are often a lot of "uncertain" concepts,and it is difficult to express them with quantitative data.For example,some qualitative concepts cannot be accurately classified or analyzed,and cloud models can better solve the problem of these qualitative concepts to quantitative values.In the process of comprehensive evaluation,the weight is an indispensable part.Compared with the single empowerment method,the combinatorial empowerment method has become the choice of most people.To effectively deal with the combination empowerment process of randomness and ambiguity,reduce the uncertainty and ambiguity of some qualitative concepts,increase the stability of the comprehensive evaluation and improve the accuracy of the evaluation results,this paper puts forward the combination empowerment of normal cloud model comprehensive evaluation method and its application research,the main work is as follows:First,a comprehensive evaluation method of normal cloud combination empowerment based on grey correlation degree is proposed.According to the current research status of portfolio empowerment,we consider the ambiguity and uncertainty in the evaluation process.The cloud reverse generator algorithm drops the weight cloud,and effectively integrates the subjective and objective weight information.Combined with the gray correlation degree,the influence of each index on the evaluation object is fully considered,and a relatively stable and applicable comprehensive evaluation method based on the normal cloud model is put forward.Second,an effective and discriminative integrated cloud similarity measure that combines shape-distance is proposed.In order to improve the comprehensive evaluation results based on the normal cloud model,on the basis of the boundary curve,considering the similarity of the normal cloud shape and the distance of the cloud drop contribution,we propose the comprehensive similarity measurement method,and compare it with other existing similarity measurement algorithm.Finally,based on the proposed normal cloud model evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation case analysis of urban ecological environment quality is carried out.Using the comprehensive evaluation method of Yangtze river delta city comprehensive evaluation of urban ecological environment quality,build the urban ecological environment quality evaluation index system,determine the standard evaluation cloud and comprehensive evaluation of evaluation object,comprehensive evaluation,analyze the urban ecological environment quality reality,gives the city grade classification and ranking.The main conclusions are as follows: normal cloud combination empowerment breaks the evaluation of classical combination empowerment,combines with the gray correlation degree,and increases the applicability of the comprehensive evaluation method of normal cloud model.The comprehensive cloud similarity calculation method proposed in this paper fully considers the relatively complete similarity calculation,has high differentiation and more accurate evaluation results.The comprehensive evaluation method based on the normal cloud model can accurately distinguish the relationship between the evaluation object and the actual standard cloud in the evaluation of urban ecological environment quality,and compared with the existing studies,the validity and rationality of this method are crossverified.
