In recent years,with the vigorous development of national industry,the demand and consumption of fossil fuels such as oil and natural gas have been increasing,but our energy resources are limited.Currently,there are fewer and fewer shallow oil and gas that are easy to develop.Therefore,we need to strengthen the exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas,which puts forward greater requirements for logging technology.In order to improve the vertical resolution of acoustic logging and achieve the detection of unconventional oil and gas resources.This paper designs a high-resolution acoustic slowness experimental system,which differs from conventional acoustic logging tools in terms of short spacing and high frequency.The acoustic transducer is excited by a 200 k Hz signal,and the arrival time of the acoustic wave is extracted using a shortspaced receiving array to obtain formation information,reflecting the geometric structure and acoustic characteristics of the borehole wall.Based on the principle of high-resolution acoustic slowness logging,this paper completes the software and hardware design of the main control and reception of the highresolution acoustic slowness experimental system.Among them,the main control hardware circuit includes a core control unit based on DSP and FPGA dual processor architecture,a communication interface circuit integrating RS485 bus,CAN bus,SPI bus,and a memory unit that expands SRAM.The software part of the main control circuit includes the control command protocol,the communication interface module,and the extended memory EMIF module.The receiving hardware circuit includes an FPGAbased data acquisition controller,a pre-analog signal preprocessing circuit,an ADC data acquisition circuit,and a communication interface circuit for data transmission.The software part of the receiver circuit includes program-controlled gain code generation,ADC initialization configuration,ADC operation sequencing control,and serial port transmission.combined with the transmission circuit and ground interface circuit,the entire experimental system was jointly tested.A complete acoustic velocity logging experiment was conducted using an ultrasonic transducer.The experimental results show that the high-resolution acoustic slowness experimental system can successfully complete the excitation,reception,and data upload tasks for the transducer.The whole circuit has high stability,which can provide a strong guarantee for the subsequent development of highresolution acoustic logging tools.
