| Pellets with different mass fractions of SiO2,MgO,and different basicity are obtained through the use of several ore powders used in existing production of Hansteel.A series of detection methods were used to find out the thermal burst temperature,compressive strength,and metallurgical properties of Hansteel Pellet when the SiO2 mass fraction,MgO mass fraction,and basicity were optimal.The main findings are as follows:1)When the SiO2 mass fraction is 3.0%,cracking temperature of green pellet is the highest;the pellets have the strongest compressive strength;the highest degree of reduction;the highest low temperature reduction powdering rate;the highest softening temperature,The droplet temperature range is the narrowest,the S value is the smallest,and the droplet performance is the best.When the SiO2 mass fraction is 7.0%,the reduction expansion rate of pellets is the lowest.2)When the mass fraction of MgO is 0.5%,the compressive strength of the pellets is the strongest and the degree of reduction is the highest.When the mass fraction of MgO is 1.5%,cracking temperature of green pellet is the highest.When the mass fraction of MgO is 1.0%,the pelletization rate of pellets at the lowest temperature is the highest,the softening start temperature is the highest,the softening performance is the best,the droplet temperature range is the narrowest,the S value is the smallest,and the droplet performance is the best.3)When the basicity is 0.2,the compressive strength of the pellets is the strongest,the softening start temperature is the highest,and the softening performance is the best.When the basicity is 0.8,cracking temperature of green pellet is the highest,the reduction degree of the pellet is the highest,the pelletization rate of pellets at the lowest temperature is the highest,the reduction expansion rate is the lowest,the S value is the smallest,and the droplet performance is the best.Figure 36;Table 11;Reference 81... |
