The competition in the ironmaking industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The main way to maintain competitiveness and viability is to optimize the blast furnace ironmaking process through technological reforms.The blast furnace charge structure is related to blast furnace production,molten iron quality and harmful element content,and more directly affects the economic benefits of the entire enterprise.The burden process of blast furnace ironmaking has been optimized in all aspects by the method of ironmaking principle,expert knowledge and mathematical optimization algorithm.Finally,the optimization system of blast furnace burden structure based on genetic algorithm is established.The system mainly consists: blast furnace raw material database,blast furnace burden optimization model,blast furnace burden calculation model,cost accounting model and whole process iron-making optimization model.The main research contents include: 1)First imported a large number of optional raw materials into the database,and then performed preliminary screening of raw materials for multiple indicators such as composition,cost.2)The minimum molten iron cost was used as the objective function,and the relevant indicators in the blast furnace production process were used as constraints to establish a blast furnace burden optimization model.Finally,the optimal burden scheme that met all constraints was calculated.3)According to the optimization results of the blast furnace burden optimization model,established blast furnace burden calculation model,finally calculated the corresponding data required for the production of the molten iron composition,slag composition,etc.4)Based on the calculation results of the blast furnace burden calculation model,established a cost accounting model to calculate the company’s profit.5)Taking the lowest cost of molten iron as the objective function,and using the relevant indicators in the sintering and blast furnace production processes as constraints,established the whole process iron-making optimization model.Finally,the optimal burden scheme that met all constraints was calculated.6)Integrated all models to form a user-operable operating system with a human-computer interaction interface.Industrial tests have proven that the model studied is feasible and reliable,and has high economic and social value.Figure 22;Table 35;Reference 90...
