In recent years,due to the increasing consumption of alcoholic drinks,the diseases caused by alcohol are becoming more and more serious.There are more and more studies on the prevention and treatment of liver damage.At present,the drugs for the clinical treatment of liver damage caused by alcohol are mainly antibody drugs,antioxidants,Chinese herbal medicine and so on,and the treatment prices are quite different.At this stage,it is a problem to find drugs that can effectively prevent and alleviate alcoholic liver injury and are good in quality and low in price.Studies have shown that probiotics have the effects of protecting the liver and gallbladder,reducing blood glucose and blood lipid,but the effect of preparing probiotic fermented milk with a variety of probiotics is not clear.Therefore,this experimental design uses seven kinds of bacteria to prepare probiotic fermented milk.The mixed bacteria include Streptococcus thermophilus,Lactobacillus casei,Bifidobacterium bifidum,Bifidobacterium longum,animal Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.The animal feeding experiment is carried out with model mice to evaluate the effect of relieving alcohol and protecting liver.This experiment adopts the experimental method: to establish the drunken model and the acute and chronic alcoholic liver injury model.The anti alcohol effect of probiotic fermented milk on drunken mice was evaluated by measuring the disappearance and recovery time of righting reflex in mice.Two methods of preventing and alleviating intoxication were used to gastric filling the test substance in the intoxicated model and acute alcoholic liver injury model mice,and the alleviating intoxication method was used to gastric filling liquor and probiotic fermented milk in the chronic alcoholic liver injury mice.The changes of biochemical indexes of serum and liver homogenate in the acute and chronic liver injury mice were detected.The results showed that:(1)Probiotic fermented milk could effectively alleviate the phenomenon of drunkenness.(2)Acute alcoholic liver injury: alcohol can cause serum indexes and inflammation related factors(IL-1)in each group β、 TNF-α、 The expression level of IL-6)was significantly increased(P< 0.05).By comparing the liver function index and inflammatory factor index of preventing drunkenness and alleviating drunkenness with that of model group mice,the results show that probiotic fermented milk has the effect of anti-inflammatory and liver protection.(3)Chronic alcoholic liver disease: comparison with a model group,there were significant differences in biochemical indicators in the high-dose group(P<0.05).By gassing mouse probiotic fermented milk,the tissue levels of SOD,GSH-Px and GSH activity in liver tissue were significantly higher than in the model group,while the level of malondialdehyde was significantly lower than in the model group(P<0.05),indicating that probiotic fermented milk had the effect of reduce the damage caused by alcoholinduced oxidative stress,thereby improving the body’s antioxidant levels.(4)There was no significant difference in alcohol dehydrogenase activity in the liver of mice with acute and chronic liver damage compared to the model group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Probiotic fermented milk can relieve alcohol induced acute and chronic liver injury.The reason for alleviating liver injury is that probiotic fermented milk can improve the antioxidant capacity and inhibit the production of inflammation in mice,which has nothing to do with increasing the activity of alcohol dehydrogenase.It is of great significance to develop a probiotic fermented milk that is more easily accepted by the public and can be used for a long time to prevent,alleviate and adjuvant treatment of liver injury,and point out its development direction,especially the research on functional lactic acid bacteria with alcoholic liver injury has a good application prospect. |
