Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds have a special structure,are the core of drug discovery,and provide important and valuable molecules with very obvious efficacy.Therefore,they are widely used in medical and chemical industries.Pyridone derivatives have various biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,neurotrophic and insecticidal,and can be used as special scaffolds for drug discovery.Pyrimidine derivatives have good antifungal activity,and their research prospects as fungicides are broad.Therefore,the research on the synthesis and activity of pyridone derivatives and pyrimidine derivatives has great biological and medical significance.This paper is based on literature research and then,pyridone derivatives and pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized by two green and high-yield methods.Chapter one reviews the research progress,activity and synthesis methods of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds,pyridines,pyridone derivatives,and pyrimidine derivatives.The second chapter developed a new method to synthesize highly functionalized pyridine derivatives from 3-formylchromone.The 2-pyridine ethyl acetate derivative and the amine undergo a complex multi-component cascade reaction,including repeated ring opening and repeated cyclization reactions,to form a target compound with a framework reorganization.This scheme can be used to synthesize a variety of pyridine-2(1H)-one compounds with strong biological activity.The method is simple and practical to operate.Through the multi-component one-pot method,the yield is as high as 91%,and the product has potential biological activity.In chapter 3,a derivative of formamidine hydrochloride,3-formylchromone and 3-anilino-2-cyclohexen-1-one was developed,the solvent was acetonitrile,Cs2CO3 was used as a basic catalyst,and it was heated to reflux.A series of chromo[4,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized under conditions.
