| Henan province locates in the southernmost region of air pollution transmission channel of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.It has a large population, and is one of the areas with the most serious PM2.5 pollution in China.Thermal power generation is dominant in Henan’s power production, emits a large number of air pollutants including SO2,NOx and PM,and is one of the main contribution sources affecting regional air quality. This study uses the material balance algorithm and the emission factor method to calculate the whole process emission inventory of the thermal power industry in Henan Province in 2019 and 2020 from the bottom up.On the basis of this list, different power dispatching scenarios are set up to evaluate the green power dispatching measures in the thermal power industry in Henan Province, and analyze their emission reduction potential and environmental benefits.Based on the above research, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In 2019,the emissions of SO2,NOx,CO,PM2.5,PM10,VOCs and NH3 from the whole process of the thermal power industry in the province were 78322.81,417138.72,191853.76,56427.48,100527.22,10307.91 and 1370.91 tons respectively;in 2020 They were 72015.80,379236.10,174755.37,50030.14,89290.38,9390.10 and 1248.72 tons, respectively, down from 2019.In 2019 and 2020,the emissions of SO2,NOx,CO,VOCs and NH3 from stationary combustion sources accounted for more than 99%of the total emissions, which are the main sources of air pollutants in the thermal power industry. As far as PM2.5 and PM10 are concerned, both stationary combustion sources and coal crushing dust sources have greater contributions. In 2020,their contributions to total PM2.5 emissions are 47.40%and 50.79%,respectively,and their contribution to PM10 were 50.88%and 44.24%.Therefore,this study believes that the dust source of the coal crushing process in the thermal power industry should also be one of the key areas of air pollution prevention and control in the future.(2)In terms of the emission reduction effect of green power dispatching measures in the thermal power industry in Henan Province,in comparison,in the scenario where electricity is not transferred from outside the province, the emissions of air pollutants from the thermal power industry in Henan Province have increased significantly, during the study period,SO2,NOx,CO,PM2.5,PM10,VOCs and NH3 can be increased by 5195.47,17892.28,8334.22,1016.63,1909.60,443.41 and 65.18 tons, respectively.Secondly, under the scenario of dispatching according to the comprehensive emission performance of air pollutants, the power generation of units with high comprehensive emission performance of air pollutants was not adopted, which increased by 1166.87,19.28,46.11,420.31,806.00,39.93 and 0.91 tons respectively. Therefore, although various measures have certain effects, some measures have little effect on emission reduction, and there is a lack of consideration for the air quality of the region and the city where the thermal power enterprise is located.(3)In terms of the environmental benefits of green power dispatching measures in the thermal power industry in Henan Province,in the case of not transferring power from outside the province, the average value of PM2.5 concentration in the whole province during the study period increased by 0.08 compared with the original simulation results μ g/m3;under the scenario of dispatching according to the comprehensive emission performance of air pollutants, the generators with high comprehensive emission performance of air pollutants are not used for power generation, and the average concentration of PM2.5 in the province has increased by 0.05 μg/m3 compared with the original simulation results. In general, the improvement of air quality through power dispatching measures outside the province is relatively significant,so it should be considered to increase the amount of power transfer from outside the province. |
