Compared with the concrete,the steel structure has the advantages of light quality at room temperature,high strength,good seismic performance,short construction period,high degree of construction industrialization and large space utilization rate,but under specific conditions such as high temperature,the hardness of the steel is low,poor corrosion resistance,and the fire resistance of the steel structure is poor,with the increasing application of steel structure in large buildings,the failure of steel structure is becoming more significant.Steel structure of modification has become a hot scholars in recent years,laser cladding as a new surface modification technology,has high binding with matrix metallurgy,coating cracks and holes,low energy input,with laser melting technology preparation heat barrier coating on steel surface,heat barrier coating structure,structure,and modification effect on steel structure,the main research content is as follows:The preparation of fire insulation coating and coating properties for large buildings such as Q345 steel structures often used in terminal construction.Thermal barrier coating is prepared on the surface of Q345 steel by laser cladding technology,and steel surface insulation coating with wear resistance and corrosion resistance is mainly prepared by changing the laser process parameters.The Ni60 coating was prepared on the steel surface,and the best coating preparation parameters were sought by changing the process parameters to study the coating properties and tissue parameters.After the Ni60 coating was prepared,the coating coated with yttrium tantalum was prepared by the addition of rare earth YTan O4,and the coating heat insulation and corrosion resistance were evaluated.Then the Ni15 alloy coating was prepared by laser melting of the Q345 steel surface to observe the macroscopic appearance,microtissue morphology of the coating surface and select the optimal process parameters.On the basis of preparing the Ni15 coating,the zirconia ceramic powder is added.Ni15 is used to alleviate the mismatch of the thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramic coating and the substrate and poor wetting and can enhance the comprehensive performance of the coating.Macroscopic micromorphology of the coating,tissue change,wear resistance and thermal insulation were observed by adjusting laser power.Gradually increase the proportion of ceramic zirconia,and observe the impact of the increased zirconia on the coating thermal insulation,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and the changes of micro and macroscopic morphology.Exploring the strengthening effect of coating improves the performance and reliability of the durability of steel structure.From coating preparation,appearance characterization,element analysis,coating hardness,corrosion resistance,corrosion resistance,fire resistance,high temperature durability,optimize the powder ratio to prepare mechanical stability and high temperature fire resistance.The coating with excellent performance provides the basis for the research of the fire prevention and heat insulation of the building steel structure.
