Metal-organic framework materials are composed of inorganic metal centers and organic ligands,which have unsaturated metal coordination sites,uniform network structure,and unique structural advantages.It can be used for electrode sensitization materials in electrochemical sensing applications.Dopamine(DA)and uric acid(UA)are important electrochemically active molecules in the human body.Abnormal concentrations of Dopamine(DA)and uric acid(UA)in body fluid can cause the corresponding diseases.Hydroquinone(HQ)is a type of phenolic species.A low concentration of hydroquinone can cause direct or indirect damage to human health and the ecological environment.Therefore,the construction of electrochemical sensing materials for the analysis and detection of DA,UA,and HQ has important scientific research value for the prevention and treatment of diseases and environmental protection.The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:(1)Defect-containing Zr-MOF was prepared by a hydrothermal method.Co@Ui O-66-NH2 was produced by a pyrolytic dual-solvent method to form Co Cluster/DNC composites.The morphological structures and elemental compositions of the materials were analyzed by a series of characterizations.The as-prepared catalyst was deposited onto the GCE electrode surface to give Co cluster/DNC/GCE sensor.It showed greatly enhanced sensing performance for DA and UA both separately and simultaneously in 0.01 M PBS(pH=7.4) with linear detection ranges of 0.3-13μM and 6-220μM.The detection limits of DA and UA were calculated to be 0.013 and 0.21μM(S/N=3),respectively.(2)PS@Co/ZnCo-ZIFs were prepared by double solvent-induced heterogeneous nucleation and template methods.After DMF treatment.Co NPs/NC bi-functional composites were obtained by thermal treatment at 950°C.A series of characterizations proved the successful preparation of the sensing material.The modified CoNPs/NC/GCE sensor can detect both HQ and DA separately and simultaneously in 0.01 M PBS(p H=7.4).The linear detection ranges of HQ and DA are 6-1000 and 0.6-300μM,and the detection limits are 0.206 and 0.031μM(S/N=3),respectively.
