Abstract/Summary:
As the main energy in China, coal mining is a dangerous and special industry because of its great mining difficulty and bad working environment. The temperature, humidity and other environmental factors in the underground work place will have a negative impact on the physiology and psychology of the underground workers who work hard for a long time, aggravating fatigue and easily causing accidents. Therefore, through the study of the relationship between underground damp and hot environment factors and workers’ physical fatigue and the reasonable rest time of workers after high temperature and high humidity operation, the fatigue condition of workers can be predicted in advance, and the occurrence of accidents can be effectively prevented, which has important theoretical significance and practical application value to ensure the life safety of underground personnel. In this thesis, the temperature and humidity environmental factors which have the greatest influence on the physical fatigue of underground workers are analyzed theoretically by means of simulation experiment.Firstly, the design and construction of the experimental bench were carried out,and then fatigue attribute indexes and fatigue model were screened. In this thesis, heart rate, blood pressure, muscle strength decline percentage and RPE score were selected as physical fatigue indexes. The relationship between dampness-heat factors and human physical fatigue was studied, and the regression model of dampness-heat factors and human physical fatigue index was established according to experimental data.Found through the analysis of experiment results, the temperature and humidity on the human body physical fatigue index effect significantly,in the case of a single factor, the higher the temperature or humidity, the greater the human physical fatigue index change(increase rate increased heart rate, systolic blood pressure values increase with the decrease of the first, diastolic reduce small, increase muscle strength decline than,RPE score increase). In the case of multiple factors, the effect of temperature and humidity on physical fatigue was more significant.GB935-89 "Allowable Continuous Heat Exposure Time Limit for Hightemperature Operations" mentions that the necessary rest time after continuous heat exposure shall not be less than 15 min.But rest time length and the external environment, the intensity of labor, individual differences and other factors, therefore,to establish the experiment 2,the participants after reaching for thermal contact time limit, stop work and leave the experimental environment for rest,by comparing the subjects returned to normal heart rate to determine the time needed for GB935-89 of the regulation exists some irrationality,According to the experimental results, the reasonable rest time is given.By analyzing the experimental results,it was found that gender and labor intensity had an impact on heart rate recovery.Under light labor intensity, all 10 subjects recovered to resting heart rate 15 minutes ago.It takes about 15 minutes for the heart rate of 10 subjects to recover to resting heart rate under moderate labor intensity.Under heavy labor intensity,it took more than 15 minutes for the heart rate of 10 subjects to recover to resting heart rate.Below same labor intensity, the heart rate of the female restores speed faster than the male, and labor intensity is bigger, the heart rate of the instant when labor ends is taller also, the recovery time that needs is longer also. Therefore, the rest time in the provisions is not completely accurate, should consider labor intensity, individual differences and other factors to formulate a reasonable rest time. The research results of this thesis can be used to master and control the fatigue state of workers in underground humid and hot environment, reduce the influence of fatigue, and ensure safe production. It can also provide reference for the formulation of reasonable rest time for workers in the future. The thesis includes 34 figures,53 tables and 86 references in this thesis.
