In China,there are rich and distinctive ethnic pattern resources,and these magnificent traditional cultural carriers have extremely high artistic value and application value.With the development of society and science and technology,people’s demand for traditional cultural products has become increasingly personalized,and mobile intelligent devices have become the main carrier of traditional cultural communication.Therefore,how to develop the personalized design of ethnic patterns in mobile scenes is a problem worth studying.Interactive Evolutionary Design(IED)is a personalized design method mostly based on Interactive Genetic algorithm(IGA).It combines genetic mechanism with human-computer interaction mechanism,guiding the iteration of evolutionary schemes by identifying people’s preferences in the process of schemes’ s evaluation,so as to obtain a design scheme that is more in line with personalized needs.Based on IED,the research on personalized design of ethnic patterns in mobile scenes needs to solve two problems: first,how to design ethnic pattern chromosomes with genetic attributes to guide the generation of schemes;Second,how to build an effective interactive evolution mechanism on the mobile terminal,and at the same time reduce the burden of user evaluation and improve the design efficiency.In this regard,this thesis studies from the following three aspect.(1)At the part of theory research.Based on the theory of personalization,the interactive evolutionary design is interpreted,its chromosome coding mechanism and interactive evaluation mechanism are analyzed,and the personalized interactive evolutionary design process is combed.These provide ideas for the intervention of design objects and application scenarios.(2)At the part of method research,including two aspects.First,the research of ethnic pattern coding method based on IED genetic mechanism: combining with the discussion of ethnic pattern design path,the ethnic pattern coding idea is discussed,the ethnic pattern is analyzed and deconstructed,the chromosome structure of ethnic pattern is designed,and the constraint conditions of coding are put forward;Secondly,the research of mobile interactive evolutionary design method based on IED interactive evaluation mechanism: combining the interactive characteristics of mobile terminal,a mobile interactive evaluation model is proposed,and the algorithm supporting this model is designed.(3)At the part of application research.In this thesis,the application and evaluation of brocade patterns of Zhuang in China are studied.Firstly,combining with the ethnic pattern coding method,the chromosome coding rules of Zhuang brocade pattern are formulated.Then,combined with the interactive evaluation method and improved algorithm of mobile terminal,an interactive evolutionary design system of Zhuang brocade pattern is developed on i OS mobile terminal.Finally,a comparative experiment between the improved system the traditional system is carried out.The experimental results show that the mobile interactive evolutionary design system can help the subjects to efficiently carry out personalized design of ethnic patterns on mobile devices.This thesis contains 35 figures,10 tables and 97 references.
