Abstract/Summary:
With the acceleration of global industrialization, carbon monoxide emissions, waste toxic materials and other forms of industrial pollution, the global ecological security has encountered unprecedented challenges. In order to realize the coordinated development of economic benefits and environmental benefits, more and more enterprises actively participate in the research and development of environmental protection products,in order to realize the "green production" with less impact on the environment. With the increasing environmental awareness of consumers, whether enterprises bear certain social responsibilities in production and operation activities has been widely concerned by the society.Despite the urgent need for socially responsible supply chains, supply chain participants may only be socially responsible if they are guaranteed to improve their performance and profitability. In addition,as an incentive mechanism, government subsidy can stimulate enterprises to implement green innovation, but different subsidy policies have different effects on the optimal decision of supply chain. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of corporate social responsibility and government subsidies on green supply chain decision-making.Under the above background, this paper first establishes the decisionmaking model of production-sales effort in green supply chain, and discusses the influence of manufacturer’s bilateral effort on green production input and retailer’s bilateral effort on green marketing input respectively.Secondly, the paper introduces CSR into the supply chain and discusses the impact of CSR commitment and allocation on the decision-making of green supply chain. Finally, the influence of different government subsidy policies on green supply chain decision-making is studied. The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Construction of green supply chain decision model considering production-sales effort.First, the decentralized decision considers the case when the manufacturer and retailer do not add green production input and green marketing input, and the case when the manufacturer and retailer add green production input and green marketing input.Secondly, under the centralized decision,we consider the case when the manufacturer and retailer do not add green production input and green marketing input, and the case when the manufacturer and retailer add green production input and green marketing input. The results show that profits, environmental performance and social welfare of supply chain members can be improved when manufacturers and retailers add green production input and green marketing input. In addition, compared with decentralized decision making, centralized decision making helps to improve product greenness, sales effort, profit of supply chain system and consumer surplus.(2)Construction of green supply chain decision model considering corporate social responsibility. This part mainly studies that manufacturer and retailer jointly undertake CSR in the whole supply chain, and describes the specific configuration of CSR in the supply chain. At the same time, according to the division of different power structures in the supply chain,it is mainly divided into the following three parts: first, the manufacturer-led Stackelberg game model, second, the retailer-led Stackelberg game model, and finally, the Game model under Nash equilibrium. The results show that:The more attention supply chain members pay to CSR responsibility, the greenness of the product, the sales effort, the profit of the supply chain system and the consumer surplus are positively correlated.Wholesale price is positively correlated with manufacturer’s CSR allocation.Sales price is based on the product input cost size and market change degree; In addition, when the manufacturer undertakes more CSR,the profit of supply chain system and consumer surplus gradually decrease. When the retailer undertakes more CSR,the profit of supply chain system and consumer surplus increase gradually.(3)Construction of green supply chain decision model considering government subsidies.According to different government subsidy policies, the following three models are established.First, the model of government subsidy to manufacturer’s R&D cost is established.Secondly, the model of government subsidy to retailer’s marketing cost is established. Finally,a model of government subsidy to manufacturer’s r&d cost and retailer’s marketing cost is established. The results show that government subsidies can not only improve product greenness and sales effort, but also create more consumer surplus.Compared with the single subsidy strategy, the greenness, sales effort, supply chain system profit and consumer surplus of products under the government double subsidy model are better than those under the single subsidy model.
