| The end goal of clothing three-dimensional modeling design is the dynamic simulation of clothing three-dimensional modeling technology and the virtual display of three-dimensional modeling,which can help designers predict the three-dimensional modeling effect of clothing and quickly modify and adjust,so as to obtain the desired ideal clothing style.Modular design can effectively alleviate the contradiction between the mass production of clothing and personalized needs,and create a bridge of balance between clothing enterprises and consumers.The integration and application of apparel three-dimensional modeling technology and modular design make the function of the clothing design system more perfect,which can further optimize the design process,improve product design efficiency,shorten the product design cycle and significantly reduce production costs.This paper is based on the systematic combing of mountaineering suits and the design of three-dimensional modular modeling.First of all,the consumer market and use scenarios of mountaineering clothing are analyzed,and a variety of clothing classification methods are used to build a classification system for mountaineering clothing.Then collect and sort out the common modeling information of the mountaineering suit,use the modular design concept to divide the mountaineering suit products into modules,and build a library of climbing suit grading modules.A five-digit coding system that matches the grading module library of mountaineering suits is introduced,which effectively encodes and organizes the modules and facilitates the data maintenance of the later module libraries.Then the 3D modeling of the mountaineering suit module in the 3D modeling system of the garment is carried out,and the module is selected,newly built,and combined according to the modular design application process,and the modular design of the product is finally completed to form a mountaineering suit product that meets the needs of the market.Taking the category of men’s tops in mountaineering clothes as an example,modules are divided according to the characteristics of clothing structure.First of all,240 models of mountaineering clothing men’s tops were obtained from the website,and their style structure and component elements were analyzed,which provided a reference basis for the division of mountaineering suit modules.Then,the module is divided according to the function of the module,which is divided into two categories: basic module and auxiliary module.Construct a library of mountaineering clothing classification modules,divide the first-level component modules based on the clothing parts,mainly including the body,sleeves,collars,and auxiliary modules;refine the first-level component modules to obtain the second-level subdivision module,each first-level component module contains 2 to 5 second-level subdivision modules;further three-dimensional modeling of the second-level subdivision modules,obtain specific three-level modeling modules,and finally construct a mountaineering suit grading module database.Based on the above theory,the modular design application process is proposed,the3 D modeling of the mountaineering suit module is carried out,and the practical application feasibility of the modular 3D modeling design scheme of the mountaineering suit is explored.First of all,the Style3 D software is used and the module components are virtually modeled in 3D to form a corresponding 3D model.The model is then stored by the rules of the hierarchical module library and the module coding system,and the design resources are precipitated to form a corresponding database.Study the three-dimensional design process and modular design process of mountaineering suits,compare and analyze the difference between the two,design and compare simulation experiments,and use Matlab software to analyze the parameter settings and program operation results to verify the feasibility of the implementation of the modular three-dimensional modeling design scheme.Based on the above research,a set of more standard mountaineering suits modular three-dimensional modeling design systems is established,so that enterprises can better carry out efficient product design and research and development according to market changes.This modular three-dimensional modeling design system can not only be used for the men’s tops of mountaineering clothes studied in the text but also can be applied to the design of mountaineering clothing bottoms,women’s mountaineering clothes,and even more categories.In addition to the modular design of a single piece of clothing,the modular three-dimensional modeling design method can also be used for the series design of clothing,making the products more abundant and providing stronger competitiveness for enterprises. |
