Potato is one of the four major food crops in C hina.This article selects two kinds of karst area of guizhou province.Soil(yellow brown soil and chao soil),10 often kind of 10 varieties of potato potted plant experiment(hubei potato,potato,15,5 qian taro,green potato 8,9,potato chips,potato,13 5 rubies,black beauty,sichuan taro A5e and taro 7),to explore the accumulation characteristics of each part of the potato Cd;The soil critical value of potato safety production was deduced b y SSD method.The target method hazard coefficient method(THQ)was used to calculate the evaluation of potato meat’s risk to human health,and it was concluded that:1.In yellow brown soil and aquic soil,the contents of Cd in different parts of 10potato varieties ranged from 0.01 mg?kg-1-10.62mg?kg-1.The contents of Cd in root>stem>leaf>potato skin>potato meat ranged from 0.04-10.24 to 0.04-1.77.The contents of Cd in yellow brown soil ranged from 0.01mg?kg-1-0.29 mg?kg-1.The potato meat in moist soil did not exceed the standard,and the exceeding rate in yellow and brown soil was 70%and 90%respectively.The variety with high enrichment of Cd in root,stem and leaf was Weiyu no.5,and low enrichment of Cd was Lishu No.15.The potato varieties with high Cd enrichment in potato meat were Q ingshu 9 and Sichuan taro A5e,while the low Cd enrichment was Ruby and Black Beauty.2.In yellow brown soil and aquic soil,after different exogenous addition of Cd,the content range of Cd in root,stem,leaf,potato meat and potato skin of No.9 was0.06 mg?kg-1-7.00 mg?kg-1.The content range of Cd in different parts of No.9 was as follows:stem>root>leaf>potato skin>potato meat.0.01 mg?kg-1-0.28 mg?kg-1,qingshu 9 exceeded the standard 100%in yellow brown soil and 10%in aquic soil;Enrichment coefficient range:0.03-2.27,transport coefficient range:0.02-2.20.The linear regression equation of potato Cd with p H and soil Cd was:y1=0.226-0.25x1(R2=0.269,P<0.05);Y2=0.114-0.16x1+0.053x2(R2=0.849,P<0.01).3.In yellow brown soil and aquic soil,the sensitivity of different potato varieties to cadmium was determined by using log-Normal and Burr III functions:black Beauty and C huanyu A5e potato varieties were insensitive and sensitive in acidic soil,while Q ianyu 8 and Lishu 15 were sensitive and insensitive in alkaline soil;BAF total was used to calculate the critical value of soil Cd:The critical values of Cd in yellow brown soil were 0.411 mg?kg-1and 0.461mg?kg-1,respectively,and 0.716 mg?kg-1 and0.888 mg?kg-1,respectively,in fluvial soil without and with 0.9 mg?kg-1 exogenous Cd.4.Through the target method hazard coefficient evaluation,THQ values of potato meat of 10 potato varieties and potato meat of green Potato No.9 with different exogenous concentration in weining and Guiyang soil of adults were all less than 1,and the risk of harm to human health was relatively small,and the risk to human health of children was significantly higher than that of adults.The risk of human health increases after the staple potato is transformed.
