With the exhaustion of coal resources in China,the difficulty of coal mining is increasing day by day.In the face of the problems of weak cemented soft rock roadway in western China,such as low strength of surrounding rock,easy to cement,water and mud,the original support method is no longer suitable for the large deformation of weak cemented soft rock roadway.In this paper,the king has traveled a 11 mining the lower ore yard jitty as the research background,through the field survey,laboratory test,supporting the theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field industrial test methods,analysis of the roadway in stable state of surrounding rock under different support scheme design,choose the optimal supporting plan,and through the mine pressure detection,a verify the feasibility of the scheme,It provides some theoretical support for the design of similar roadway surrounding rock support scheme.(1)Through field observation and rock physical and mechanical properties test analysis,relevant rock mechanical parameters are obtained,which lays a foundation for the input of subsequent numerical simulation parameters.The field observation shows that the main failure of the roadway occurs at the junction between the two sides and the vault,where the surrounding rock moves inward more seriously,and the roof and floor breakage and floor heave phenomenon of the roadway are particularly serious.The subsequent support scheme design should strengthen the support here.(2)The observation field near the damage effect of support,and combined with neighboring roadway support,and on the basis of the original support scheme,the high strength bolt replacement of serpentine high-strength bolt pressure,to enhance the bolt supporting of roadway surrounding rock utility,through the theoretical calculation,design for the tunnel support design.(3)In order to compare the feasibility of support scheme design,two comparative support schemes were added,and the three schemes were numerically simulated respectively to analyze the variation differences of stress,displacement and plastic zone,and the stability of roadway surrounding rock under the three support schemes was compared.Finally,the first scheme was selected to implement the best support scheme for the roadway.Through numerical simulation analysis,it can be seen that in the tunnel environment,the displacement of surrounding rock in the roof can be effectively controlled by using extended anchor cables,but increasing the number of anchor cables of the same type cannot effectively improve the deformation and failure of surrounding rock in the roof.Increasing the number of bolts in the wall can play a certain role in the control of roadway surrounding rock,but the effect is relatively insignificant.Therefore,considering the economic benefits,the normal number of bolts can meet the needs of the project.(4)Are observed by field and displacement monitoring data analysis,the supporting plan at the beginning of the roadway drivage can achieve good supporting effect,under the condition of surrounding rock stress increasing,the late destroying original supporting structure begin to occur,must carry on the grouting reinforcement technology,to ensure that the roadway effectively for a long time for production.The final results show that the support scheme and grouting reinforcement support can effectively control the stability of surrounding rock of the roadway.Figure 39,Table 10,79 references.
