With the rapid development of my country’s economy,to a large extent,urban culture and the process of industrialization have been rapidly improved.At the same time,environmental protection issues have gradually become a major issue for people’s livelihood in my country.In the current society,green,environmental protection,energy saving,resource reuse,and sustainability have become the goals pursued by people in production and life.The waste water,waste gas,waste mud,etc.generated during the construction of the project seriously threaten the urban living environment.Deeply process the raw soil from deep foundation pits,bored piles,raw soil from shield mud,raw soil from river silt and other environmental waste soil and mud,so as to solve the problem of undesired soil and mud stacking at the construction site,and also deal with The problem of environmental pollution caused by efflux has achieved a significant green environmental protection effect.This project takes raw soil,cement,curing agent and other materials from deep foundation pits as the research objects,and explores the effects of different curing agents,silica fume,and water glass on the fluidity,compressive strength,and water resistance of raw soil foam concrete.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Experiments were carried out with different trial dosages.The water-solid ratio in the research stage of the curing agent ratio was fixed at 0.7,and the cement dosage was 10%.According to the design scheme of foam concrete mix ratio,16 sets of mix ratio tests were designed.The standard curing period is 7d and 28 d.The compressive strength test is carried out respectively,and the test results are compared.The results show that the ratio of cement,alkaline additives and composite activator is 5:1:2.(2)Based on the curing agent and cement,by adding the same proportion of curing materials(here refers to CHCN and PO)in the quantitative curing soil,the mixing ratio(dosage)is 8%,10%,12%,14%,respectively.% and 16%,compare and check the effect of soft soil curing of two different curing materials under the same proportion.The test results show that the effect of cement-solidified soil with a dosage of 16% is gradually solidified with that of Portland cement with a dosage of 30%.The soil effect is close to the same.(3)To study the effect of different water glass content(5%,15%,25%,35%,45%)and modulus(1.5,2,2.5)on the setting time of geopolymer cement paste,the test results It shows that the ratio of geopolymer cement is: 100 parts of metakaolin + fly ash,35 parts of water glass with a modulus of 2,and the water-cement ratio(considering the water in the water glass)is fixed at 0.2.Figure [33] Table [8] See [53]...
