As a livelihood industry,textile industry occupies a pivotal position in the national economy and international trade.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for the quality of textile products have also been increasing.However,during spinning production,the means of controlling product quality is subject to many technical limitations.Among them,the problem of tracing the spindle that produces bad yarn has been actively explored for many years,but with little success.In recent years,the patent for the invention to solve the yarn tube tracing problem by image recognition technology has attracted the importance and attention of engineering and research personnel due to its low cost,high efficiency and low modification to the existing spinning production model,and related industrial design studies and researches have been carried out one after another.With the advancement of related research and application,the above-mentioned spinning quality control problems will be solved gradually.By studying and combing relevant domestic and foreign literature,according to the framework of the spinning yarn tube traceability system provided by the relevant invention patent and the technical idea of developing the spinning yarn tube identification device,with "solving the demand" as the guide,using theory and method of industrial design engineering,on the basis of the system design concept,this thesis uses behavior observation analysis,focus interview method and questionnaire for spinning staff to conduct research.In view of the current situation of yarn tube traceability system development,analyzing the system components,system use environment and bad yarn tube traceability requirements,comparing the use cost and use effect,condensing the application scenario and implementation case demand of yarn tube traceability system based on image recognition technology,this thesis designs and constructs the application scheme of yarn tube traceability system implementation case based on image recognition technology.Meanwhile,based on image recognition technology,the appearance and structure of the yarn tube identification module are designed using industrial design methods.Based on the principle of human-computer interaction interface design,the information framework of the human-computer interaction interface of the identification module is constructed,and the main contents of the human-computer interaction interface of the identification module are designed,so that the yarn tube quality tracing system can better reflect its practical value and operability in application.Finally,by questionnaire survey on the shape,structure,process,function and cost of the yarn tube identification module,this thesis calculates the mean,variance and standard deviation of the scores.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different design solutions,this thesis obtains the evaluation of the appearance design.This thesis uses the usability scale to calculate the usability,learnability and see-ability of the interactive interface of the yarn tube identification module,calculates the usability scale by the formula,and compares the evaluation criteria table to confirm that the calculated scores are within the acceptable range and conclude that the design solution is feasible.
