Research On The Philosophical Basis Of China’s Ecological Civilization Construction

At present,the increasingly serious ecological crisis not only restricts the sustainable development of China’s economy,but also threatens people’s life and health.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has inherited and developed the Marxist ecological concept,which has brought about historic and overall changes in ecological progress from recognition to practice.Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought not only draws ecological wisdom from China’s excellent traditional culture,but also is the latest theoretical achievement of Marxist ecological view,with a complete philosophical basis and logical system.The foreign background of the formation of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought is that environmental protection has become the world consensus,the spread and influence of ecological Marxism,and the domestic background is that China’s ecological environment is facing severe challenges,the transformation and upgrading of economic structure,and the need to establish the image of a responsible country.The theoretical value of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought is mainly reflected in inheriting and developing Marxist ecological concept and strengthening citizens’ awareness of environmental protection,while the practical value is mainly reflected in transforming development mode,alleviating ecological crisis and guiding the construction of a beautiful China.Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought mainly includes six parts: ecological view of nature,ecological view of history,ecological view of development,ecological view of benefiting people,ecological view of history,ecological view of the world.Xi Jinping thought of ecological civilization is based on Chinese traditional philosophy.First of all,Confucianism,as the core school of traditional Chinese philosophy,attaches importance to the harmony and unity of man and nature.There are also people who care about animals and nature and people who love things and people who advocate thrift.Secondly,As one of the main thoughts of traditional Chinese philosophy,Taoism requires to follow the laws of nature.There are also those who believe that all things in nature are equal and those who control their own desires are less selfish and less lusts.Finally,the Buddhist view of nature of "according to zhengbu2" holds that man and nature should live in harmony,and the Buddha-nature theory of "Buddha-nature" also reflects respect for life.Xi Jinping thought of ecological civilization has a solid philosophical foundation of dialectical materialism.First of all,Xi Jinping thought on Ecological Civilization adheres to the guidance of materialism and epistemology and develops the Marxist theory of the relationship between man and nature,which not only affirms the primacy of nature but also regards nature as the material premise of human production and life.It also affirmed the initiative of human beings,who could meet the development needs by transforming nature through labor under the premise of respecting the law,and realized the unity of respecting the objective law and giving play to the subjective initiative.Secondly,Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought uses the three major laws of materialist dialectics as the philosophical basis to solve the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection,and emphasizes the use of dialectical thinking,systematic thinking and other philosophical thinking ways to deepen the understanding of natural laws,and persistently promote the construction of ecological civilization.Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought has a firm philosophical foundation of historical materialism.Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization firstly inherited and developed Marx’s concept of natural productive forces,brought the ecological environment into the category of productive forces,and proposed that "protecting the environment is protecting productive forces".Secondly,we should always adhere to the Marxist concept of mass and believe that ecological civilization construction depends on the people as well as for the people.We should not only take people’s satisfaction as the fundamental goal of ecological civilization construction,but also fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the people to promote ecological civilization construction.On the one hand,the construction of ecological civilization is regarded as the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so as to realize the free and all-round development of human beings.On the other hand,based on the construction of global ecological civilization,China has put forward the global ecological concept of "Building a community with a shared future for mankind,building a clean and beautiful world",actively united countries around the world to jointly deal with ecological problems,and contributed to the construction of a clean and beautiful world.
