| Achieving the carbon neutral goal 3060 is an important goal for China’s good economic development in the new era.This goal is the green upgrading of the development model.Economic and environmental restructuring in the coming decades.However,China is highly dependent on fossil energy and is inevitably impacted in the green revolution.China has put forward carbon emission reduction targets and implemented a carbon trading system.Comprehensive green energy efficiency,including macroeconomic factors,social energy consumption and natural environment,is a key indicator to measure the coordinated development of economy and environment.Therefore,based on the carbon emission trading system,its impact on China’s complete green energy efficiency is being considered,and some policy support and suggestions are provided to respond to the survey results.experiment.According to the literature research results on the systematic integration of all green energy efficiency system and carbon emission right system,this thesis focuses on how the carbon emission trading system affects all green energy efficiency.Through low-carbon cost,technological innovation and marketization.When measuring the energy efficiency of all green components,it includes not only the emission of traditional pollutants,but also the emission of carbon dioxide,which is based on its carbon dioxide estimation method.Intergovernmental Panel on climate change(IPCC)to improve energy efficiency measurement of green elements.With regard to the pilot test,the carbon emission trading pilot policy is regarded as a semi natural experiment,and the impact of the carbon emission trading pilot policy on the use is studied Binary difference method;implement the heterogeneity test of carbon emission permit trading system in the eastern,central and western regions of the country to further test the regional differences affected by the pilot policies The impact of carbon emissions trading on energy efficiency;finally,the lowcarbon technology innovation and market-based impact mechanism are tested.The experimental results show that the carbon emission trading system has a significant positive impact on the whole green energy efficiency,but the results of each region are different,and the carbon emission trading system has the greatest impact on improving energy efficiency.Although the complete green energy efficiency in the western region has an impact,it does not exist in the eastern and central regions.In fact,low-carbon technological innovation and marketization have played a positive role in the impact of carbon trading system on full green energy efficiency.Firstly,the thesis projects the following propose in the light of national carbon trading theory and other empirical research,which is helpful to further improve the implementation of green trading Improve the energy efficiency of carbon trading system.Second,guide the internal management of enterprises,actively improve the carbon emission scientific and technological innovation ability of enterprises,increase R & D investment,and meet the external needs of national development Specific supporting policies to guide enterprise technological innovation.Third,with regard to the "three major" industries,in addition to improving strict environmental regulations,local authorities must also determine their location and intervene reasonably to effectively alleviate the distortion of resource allocation and use mechanism.At the same time,when providing a sound economic trading platform,government departments must also deal with the relationship between government departments and the market economy operates as a fair market mechanism.Fourth,with regard to the implementation of the carbon emissions trading system,we should fully measure the natural resources and economic development of each region,taking into account the historical cumulative emissions of each region. |
