Hypochlorite has a wide range of applications.Excessive hypochlorous acid content may affect the environment, the human body and other organisms. It is of great practical significance to study the detection of hypochlorous acid.At present,a variety of methods have been proposed for the detection of hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite, and the fluorescence detection method has become the mainstream due to the advantages of simple use and low cost.Among various fluorescent materials,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have gotten widespread concern because of its distinctive superiority. With the in-depth research of MOFs materials, more and more functionalized MOFs materials have been proposed and applied in fluorescent probes. At present, there are relatively few probes based on MOFs for detecting hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite. This paper proposed two probes based on MOFs:UiO-66-(OH)2and Al3+@UiO-66-(OH)2.The detection ability of these two probes for hypochlorite was explored, and the preparation method, selective detection, sensitivity detection, detection principle and practical application performance of the probes were analyzed. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Using zirconium tetrachloride and 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid as raw materials, the hydroxyl-functionalized UiO-66-(OH)2 and its derivative aluminium ion-modified Al3+@UiO-66-(OH)2 were synthesized by the solvothermal method.Through the optimization of the two probes development technology, with the help of modern material characterization technology XRD,FT-IR,SEM,EDS,PL,UV-Vis,the best technical scheme for the successful preparation of the two probes were determined. In addition. The effect of solvent modifier on the structure and optical properties of the probe was studied. The preparation method was further optimized by adjusting the content of solvent modifier,so that UiO-66-(OH)2 had excellent structure and optical properties, which could fulfill the demands for detecting hypochlorite.(2)The research on the fluorescence detection performance of UiO-66-(OH)2 probe for hypochlorite was carried out,and the optimal conditions for the detection of hypochlorite ions were determined. The fluorescence properties under different conditions such as probe dispersion, probe concentration, response time, and solvent p H were compared. The effect of Al3+@UiO-66-(OH)2 modified with different concentrations of aluminum ions on the fluorescence properties and the ability to detect hypochlorite ions was investigated in order to determine the optimal concentration of aluminum ions.(3)The anti-interference performance of UiO-66-(OH)2 and Al3+@UiO-66-(OH)2probes against different interfering ions in the detection of hypochlorite ions were studied. The detection capabilities of these two probes were compared by evaluating the parameters such as detection limit and response time.In addition, the principle of detection of hypochlorite with UiO-66-(OH)2 and Al3+@UiO-66-(OH)2 probes were also explored. Finally, portable fluorescent test papers were prepared using the Al3+@UiO-66-(OH)2 probe, and the actual detection ability of hypochlorite ions was tested. The study provides a new method for detecting hypochlorite... |
