Low temperature co-fired ceramic material plays a very important role in the field of packaging,which plays an important role in each process and process of packaging.Because of the importance of this material in the field of packaging,it has attracted extensive attention of many scholars and researchers with the advent of the post molar era.Glass ceramics system has become a research hotspot because its properties can be adjusted according to needs.Among them,cordierite glass ceramics and electronic ceramics have attracted the attention of a large number of researchers because of their low expansion,high bending resistance and good dielectric properties.However,there are few research papers on the acid resistance of cordierite glass ceramics at home and abroad.In this paper,cordierite based electronic ceramic sealing materials were prepared by taking cordierite based glass ceramics as the research object.The effects of the contents of magnesium oxide and alumina in the basic components on the microstructure and acid resistance were studied.In this experiment,cordierite electronic ceramic sealing material was prepared by high temperature melting method.The phase of the material was analyzed by X-ray diffraction analyzer and the microstructure of the material was analyzed by SEMThe mechanical strength of the sample was measured by three-point bending method and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the sample were measured by precision impedance analyzer.The experimental results show that when the mass ratio of magnesium oxide to alumina is 17/27,the main crystalline phase precipitated isα-cordierite.The bulk density and flexural strength of cordierite reach the maximum,which are 2.89 g/cm3 and208 MPa,and the coefficient of thermal expansion is 4.18×10-6K-1.At this time,the expansion coefficient of the material is close to that of silicon,which can achieve good matching with silicon.And it has good dielectric performance,dielectric constant and dielectric loss are 5.70 and 1.64×10-3(1 MHz),respectively.,water bath in 20%sulfuric acid for 10 h,and the surface mass loss at 90℃is 2.1 mg/mm2,through the characterization of its properties,it meets the application conditions of sealing materials,but its acid resistance still needs to be improved.The effect of yttrium oxide on its resistance was systematically studied.Based on the formula with the mass ratio of Mg O to Al2O3 of 17/27it was found that 2 wt.%was added Yttrium oxide can significantly reduce the sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature is 900℃,it can be densified and sintered.At this time,the surface quality loss of the material is 1.6 mg/mm2,flexural strength 226 MPa The coefficient of thermal expansion is 3.35×10-6 K-1 dielectric constant 5.69 and dielectric loss 1.85×10-3。The proper addition of yttria can improve the acid resistance of cordierite glass ceramics and improve the flexural strength of the material.But it will increase the dielectric constant of the material.It shows that the addition of yttrium oxide can significantly improve its acid resistance.
