Study On Packaging Performance Test Of Three Packaging Materials And Their Effects On Storage Quality Of Pasteurized Milk

In order to study the different packaging materials packaging performance and its influence on pasteurized milk quality during storage,this topic to choose a certain brand of pasteurized milk three kinds of packaging materials(roof box,plastic bags,PVC plastic bottles),a total of 86 samples,respectively evaluate the barrier property of packaging materials,safety,based on this,The effects of different packaging materials on sensory,physical,chemical and microbial indexes of pasteurized milk during storage were determined.The main results are as follows:The contents of DBP and DEHP in the pasteurized milk of PVC plastic bottles were higher than the limits of quantification,but DBP and DEHP were not detected in the pasteurized milk of roof box,and the contents of DBP and DEHP in the pasteurized milk of membrane bag were lower.The detection of residual solvent in the three kinds of packaging materials all met the national limit requirements,with the total amount≤5.0mg/m~2.The test results of water vapor permeance and oxygen transmission of the three packaging materials show that the three packaging materials meet the requirements of the corresponding national standards.According to the barrier performance of the packaging materials,it can be found that the barrier performance of PVC bottles is better than that of membrane bags and roof boxes.The physical,chemical,microbial and sensory indexes of pasteurized milk in the three packaging materials during storage period showed that:Pasteurized milk in 4℃,7 days warranty period,three kinds of packaging material roof boxes,membrane bags and protein content in PVC plastic difference is not big,fat content declined slightly,the acidity in general is on the rise,in view of the unopened the pasteurized milk for microbial testing found that 7 days microbial bacteria whole is on the rise,coliform bacteria were not detected,No obvious changes occurred during storage,in line with the national standard requirements,the city sold brand milk in three packaging materials stored,microbial,fat content,acidity value,protein content in the specified storage period are in line with the quality index.During storage,the sensory evaluation of the brand milk found that the roof box packaging material has better protection against pasteurized milk,followed by PVC bottle packaging material.In conclusion,the results show that the safety and barrier properties of the three packaging materials of this pasteurized milk meet the national standards,and the quality of pasteurized milk stored in the roof box during storage is more stable than that stored in membrane bags and PVC bottles.It can be seen that the packaging performance of the three packaging materials is the best roof box,membrane bag packaging material is the worst,PVC bottle packaging in all aspects of performance in the middle.
