| This paper is based on the project of research on submarine cable dragging auxiliary device.This project is authorized by the China National Offshore Oil Corporation and its purpose is to develop a friction-reducing device to increase the laying distance of submarine cable.The device can realize the long-distance dragging of submarine cable in the directional drilling sheath and provide technical support for the long-distance laying of submarine cable.Through the study of submarine cable laying technology and existing submarine cable dragging auxiliary device,combined with domestic and international auxiliary device of submarine cable dragging and research of directional drilling crossing,designed a set of meet the requirements of submarine cable laying from the general structure scheme of the auxiliary device of dragging submarine cable with external surface clamp.The force monitoring device of dragging submarine cable was designed.In this paper,the structure of the drag auxiliary device was designed and analyzed in detail,and the related parameters that affect the performance of the device and the drag distance was analyzed.According to the submarine cable parameters,the deformation and force of the submarine cable being clamped were analyzed,and the clamping force of the clamp was analyzed under the condition that the submarine cable is clamped but not damaged.Combined with the finite element analysis software,the deformation of the device and the cable was analyzed to determine the influence of different bolt preload on the cable performance.The performance and motion of the device under different obstacles were analyzed.The friction force of the roller under different rolling states was analyzed,and the condition of rolling without sliding was determined,so that the equivalent friction coefficient of the roller could be minimized.Finite element analysis software was used to establish the electromagnetic thermal coupling model between the cable and the device,and the influence of the device on the cable load and temperature was analyzed.According to the structural design scheme of the auxiliary device of dragging submarine cable with external surface clamp,the prototype was processed.The experimental platform was designed according to the actual working conditions,and the performance experiments of the auxiliary devices were carried out by simulating various conditions,so as to verify the frictionreducing performance and mechanical performance of the designed submarine cable dragging auxiliary devices and to ensure the long-distance laying of submarine cables. |
