In order to study the fracture mechanics behavior of ceramic slate during transportation,The combination of experimental testing and numerical simulation was used to explore the mechanical behavior of ceramic slate under static and dynamic loads.And A finite element model was established to simulate and analyze the mechanical behavior of ceramic slate under transportation conditions.The main research progress is as follows:1.The three-point bending test was used to obtain the mechanical parameters of ceramic slate,and compared the simulation results of six sets of ceramic slate with experimental data to verify the reliability of the finite element model.Finally,the model was used to analyze the stress of ceramic slate under different constraints,and the variation pattern of their maximum bearing capacity was obtained,providing an analytical basis for the application of ceramic slate.2.A pulse hammer was used to conduct impact tests on ceramic slate to explore their dynamic response.The main natural frequencies of ceramic slate under two support conditions were analyzed,and the force hammer impact process of ceramic slate was numerically simulated using finite element software.The maximum deviation of natural frequencies between the impact response test and simulation analysis was compared to verify the accuracy of the modeling method for hammer response analysis of ceramic slate.3.Modal analysis was conducted on the ceramic slate during transportation to obtain the first six natural frequencies and fixed vibration modes of the ceramic slate.On the basis of modal analysis,the random vibration analysis of ceramic slate in third-class highway and highway transportation was carried out,and the maximum stress of ceramic slate under continuous load was calculated;On the basis of modal analysis,the random vibration analysis of ceramic slate in third-class highway and highway transportation was carried out,and the maximum stress of ceramic slate under continuous load was calculated;And had combined with the Static Structural analysis module,equivalent static simulation analysis was conducted on the instantaneous working conditions such as bumps,turns,and brakes during transportation,to analyze the maximum stress of the ceramic slate under impact load.4.The fatigue life of ceramic slate under long-term excitation of two different road surfaces was analyzed,and the minimum number of cycles of ceramic slate was checked;And calculate the fatigue life of ceramic slate under instantaneous operating conditions during transportation,and determine the minimum number of cycles under three special operating conditionsThrough the above research,the mechanical behavior and parameters of ceramic slate under static and dynamic loads had been analyzed using three-point bending tests and hammer response tests,and the accuracy of finite element simulation had been verified.The mechanical behavior of ceramic slate during transportation had been obtained through finite element simulation.
