Abstract/Summary:
As buried oil and gas pipeline transmission is restricted by the terrain and landscape,it is not uncommon for pipelines to be laid in parallel with high-voltage transmission lines and rail traffic, which can cause serious stray current corrosion. This paper combines sensor technology,NB-I technology, and NB-I technology. This paper combines sensor technology,NB-Io T technology, grey theory and cloud platform technology to study the cathodic protection intelligent monitoring system and its application. The key parameters of the cathodic protection intelligent monitoring system are analysed and studied, and the functions and relevant technical indicators of the cathodic protection intelligent monitoring system for buried oil and gas pipelines are proposed.Based on the predicament of GSM and GPRS monitoring systems in terms of communication technology obsolescence,NB-Io T Io T data transmission is adopted to upgrade the GSM and GPRS communication methods, and the distributed monitoring technology is combined with microprocessor technology to design a distributed cathodic protection intelligent monitoring system based on NB-Io T,which completes the The design of a real-time monitoring scheme for cathodic protection parameters of buried oil and gas pipelines was completed.According to the system requirements, the hardware solution was demonstrated and the hardware circuit of each module was designed in Altium Designer. The A/D conversion module, wireless communication module, display module and relay control were designed under the Keil μVision5 IDE.The IOT cloud platform is used as the central server for monitoring and intelligent monitoring, execution and control, data query and system management.Field tests show that the intelligent monitoring system for cathodic protection of buried oil and gas pipelines designed in this paper can meet the requirements of information collection, transmission and monitoring on the cloud platform and the accuracy of relevant parameters collection meets the relevant technical requirements and NACE evaluation standards. In this paper,a grey theory-based method is used to predict the remaining life of sacrificial anodes by using the traditional grey model GM(1,1)to predict the current value and thus the remaining life of sacrificial anodes. The GM(1,1)is optimised using the whitening differential equation, which combines the ability of the whitening differential equation to filter noise in the time series and the strong fitting ability of the GM(1,1)model to improve the prediction accuracy of the remaining life of the sacrificial anode. The prediction curves and performance evaluation indexes show that the model has a good prediction performance, the accuracy of the remaining life of the sacrificial anode using grey theory is feasible and the monitoring system has the life prediction function.
