With the increasing depth and difficulty of oil and gas exploration and production,it is often necessary to cooperate with fracturing technology to improve production capacity.Perforation and reservoir parameters are the main factors affecting the fracturing effect. At present, there is relatively little research on the effects of perforation and reservoir parameters on fracturing effectiveness, and there is insufficient specificity. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the impact of perforation parameters on the propagation law and conductivity of fracturing fractures. In this paper, the extended finite element module in ABAQUS software is used to establish the fracture initiation and expansion finite element model of hydraulic fracturing fractures in perforated wells. The reliability of the extended finite element method in the numerical simulation of hydraulic fracturing fractures is verified by benchmarking the classical true triaxial physical experiment data.Taking the reservoir characteristics and perforation conditions of a certain oilfield block as an example, this paper analyzes the influence of perforation parameters on key parameters such as fracture initiation pressure, width, length, and conductivity during the initiation and propagation of reservoir rocks, and obtains an analysis method for the influence of perforation parameters on the initiation and propagation laws of fracturing fractures. The results show that the perforation parameters are closely related to the initiation and propagation of fracturing fractures. When the perforation azimuth angle is 0-75 °,the initiation pressure increases by 16.4%,the crack width decreases by 76.1%,and the crack length first decreases and then increases. At 0 °,the maximum is 25.45 m,and at45 °,the minimum is 23.54 m.Moreover,at 45 °,the crack volume is the largest and the conductivity is the strongest; The perforation depth is 0.3-0.9m,the crack initiation pressure decreases by 24.1%,the width fluctuation amplitude is 4%,the length remains unchanged, the volume increases, and the conductivity increases accordingly; The perforation density is 10-22 holes/m,the fluctuation amplitude of crack initiation pressure is 0.9%,the width increases by 25.4%,and the length increases by 35%.The conductivity of a single crack decreases, but the overall conductivity of the crack increases; When the horizontal crustal stress difference is 0-7MPa,the fracture initiation pressure increases by 19.7%,the width decreases by 47.7%,the length decreases by 2.9%,the volume fluctuation amplitude is 0.17%,and the conductivity basically remains unchanged; When the tensile strength is 1-6MPa,the crack initiation pressure increases by 28.3%,the width increases by 27%,and the length decreases by21%.The volume gradually increases and the conductivity increases; When the elastic modulus is 10-16 GPa,the amplitude of crack initiation pressure fluctuation is ≤0.43%,the width decreases by 17.3%,the length increases by 23.1%,and the volume fluctuation amplitude is 0.8%.The conductivity remains basically unchanged.Under segmented fracturing, when the perforation density decreases from 25 holes/m to 10holes/m,the initiation pressure of secondary fracturing increases, the width decreases, the length remains unchanged, the fracture volume decreases, and the conductivity increases with the decrease of perforation density; The difference of horizontal crustal stress is 2-5MPa,the starting pressure of secondary fracturing decreases, the width decreases, the length increases, the volume increases, and the conductivity increases accordingly. This article establishes a finite element model for the initiation and propagation of hydraulic fracturing fractures in perforated wells, and verifies its reliability.Analyze the impact of perforation parameters on key parameters such as fracture initiation pressure, width, length, and conductivity during the initiation and propagation of reservoir rocks, and obtain an analysis method for the impact of perforation parameters on the initiation and propagation laws of fracturing fractures.Provide a basis for optimizing perforation parameters considering fracturing effects.
