In recent years,with the support of the state for the new energy automobile industry,coupled with the blessing of energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection policies,the entire new energy automobile industry has flourished,which has further promoted the continuous improvement of the corresponding new energy auto parts industry.The lightweight core parts of energy vehicles and aluminum profile products have played a great role.Therefore,related aluminum profile enterprises have been developing continuously in these years,but the whole new energy aluminum The distribution of profile processing enterprises is scattered,coupled with the convergence of related processing technology and production equipment,the competition among related enterprises is fierce,and the competition strategy of the entire market is constantly changing.But it also faces a series of internal and external challenges and development problems.This thesis uses PEST analysis,five forces model and SWOT analysis to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of H company’s profile business.At the same time,using the EFE matrix to analyze external factors,it is concluded that the opportunity is greater than the threat;Internal environment and various resources are analyzed to analyze the internal environment,relevant data and capabilities to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of profile business development.At the same time,combined with the IFE matrix for internal factor analysis,it is concluded that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.Then use the SWOT matrix to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external,combined with the company’s vision and mission,formulate relevant alternative strategies,and use the QSPM matrix to compare and analyze them,and conclude that the strategic path of company H’s profile business should adopt Differentiation Strategy".To implement the above strategies,the company needs to carry out early implementation in technology,products,manufacturing,sales and service,etc.,and strengthen human resources management,R&D and patent protection,organizational optimization,marketing and service,brand building and budget management.A strong guarantee to ensure that the enterprise profile business continues to lead the development and maintain its competitive advantages.There are two innnovations in this paper.For specific enterprises of aluminum profiles,this paper innovatively uses CPM matrix to accurately find out the corresponding key factors of competition,to promote external analysis.Secondly,the "technology leadership differentiation " also innovatively provides a new development direction for enterprises in the aluminum profile industry.
