Against the backdrop of China’s rapid economic takeoff,the living standards of rural residents have undergone qualitative changes.At the same time,the production of rural household waste has been increasing year by year,and the problem of rural ecological environment pollution is becoming increasingly prominent.The problem of rural household waste classification and management has hindered the process of rural revitalization in China,and has attracted the attention and attention of the whole society.Classifying rural household waste is a very effective form of governance.At present,the classification and management of household waste in rural areas of China is still in the exploratory stage,and most rural areas have not yet improved long-term garbage classification and management mechanisms.There are problems such as unclear classification standards for rural household waste,inadequate dissemination of classification knowledge,incomplete classification mechanisms,and incomplete classification facilities.The classification and management of rural household waste still faces great pressure,and a lot of energy needs to be invested in researching and solving related problems.This article explores the significance of rural household waste classification and management from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Miaotai Township,Huinong District,Shizuishan City,is selected as the research object.Through a combination of online and offline methods,a large number of relevant literature materials are consulted.Based on the current situation of rural household waste classification and management in Miaotai Township,corresponding survey questionnaires and interview outlines are designed,and sustainable development theory,collaborative governance theory,and public product theory are applied,Objectively reflect and accurately grasp the current situation of garbage classification and governance in the region,sort out the problems in the classification work,and conduct in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.From five aspects:consolidating the ideological power of garbage classification and governance,establishing multiple entities of garbage classification and governance,increasing investment in garbage classification and governance,improving garbage classification and governance measures,and exploring suitable new models of garbage classification and governance,Propose strategies to optimize the classification and management of rural household waste in Miaotai Township,and propose actionable countermeasures,suggestions,and experiences to better promote the classification and management of rural household waste and build a beautiful countryside.
