Research On Paper Children’s Furniture Design

In today’s society,paper materials are widely used,and shining brightly in different industries such as transportation,packaging and advertising.Compared with plastic and metal products,which cause greater harm to the environment,environmentally friendly paper materials are highly respected.With the continuous development and research of paper materials,the performance of paper materials continues to improve while the function is also increasing.The application of paper materials in the field of children’s furniture design aims to promote the design optimization and environmental protection of children’s furniture with the design concept of pursuing environmental protection and sustainability.This research is divided into three parts: First,it is to survey the users.Through literature search and relevant medical data analysis,the users were divided into four growth stages:infant,pre-school age,school age and teenagers.The physical and mental development characteristics of children in different growth stages were summarized,and the ergonomic data range of paper furniture suitable for children in different ages was obtained.The main points of furniture design in line with children’s different growth stages are summarized and extracted.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper studies the purchasing tendency of parent user group and analyzes the influencing factors of parents’ purchase of children’s furniture.Secondly,the existing paper furniture is studied.It mainly includes the research on the existing structure and production technology of paper furniture and other elements,to explore the decoration techniques,service life and functional categories of the existing paper furniture and other comprehensive performance.The advantages of paper materials applied to children’s furniture design and beneficial to environmental protection are analyzed,and the advantages of paper children’s furniture are summarized.Finally,the paper children’s furniture design method is summarized and verified.Based on the analysis and deduction of the research conclusions,the paper children’s furniture design method is summarized and the paper children’s furniture design method is obtained.In addition,the rationality of the research conclusion is verified by practical cases and questionnaire survey of parents’ satisfaction with the product effect.Through research and analysis,the paper children furniture design method is refined.From the material,through the specification of the technological process,reasonable modeling and structural design to avoid the use of children in the process of danger,increase the stability and safety of the furniture.Prevent all kinds of risk factors by means of parent user supervision and daily maintenance.Through the design of color and shape and other elements,to increase the appeal of paper children’s furniture to users.And through interesting structural design and assembly,exercise children’s hands-on ability,improve the sense of participation of children users,and provide educational guidance to children.Through the division of children’s age stages,the types of furniture used by children at different ages are summarized,and the furniture design is carried out according to the characteristics of use through reasonable division of functional zones.In furniture design,color modeling and lighting design elements reflect and cater to the emotional needs of children users,including interaction with family members,relatives and friends,as well as games with pets,so as to create a healthy and pleasant family atmosphere for children and provide positive emotional experience.Through the design of shape and structure,adapt to the modular production mode,further expand the cost advantage of paper children’s furniture.The process of production-waste-reuse is closed,and the discarded paper children’s furniture can be disassembled to participate in the design of paper children’s furniture or other products as raw materials.Through the application of paper materials in children’s furniture,children can experience culture and receive education through hand-painting,splicing and other hands-on ways,cultivate children’s cultural literacy and interest from an early age,and develop in a unified way around the theme of "Children,future,environmental protection".
