| As China’s society ages and the market for aging-friendly products is booming,the aging-friendly bathroom products industry has ushered in new development opportunities.The complete design of aging bathroom products provides a vital guarantee for the health literacy and good lifestyle of the elderly.At present,the design of bathroom products focuses on the shape,function,and structure of the conventional implementation,involving older users whose bathing needs of targeted products are less.It is of great social and practical significance to gain insight into the hygiene needs of the elderly,balance the "supply and demand" relationship between sanitary products and demand elements,and overcome the limitations of the precise transformation stage of user demand to product design attributes.This project takes the needs of the elderly as the driving point,adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,introduces the KJ method to screen and integrate the research information,clarifies the list of complicated demand information acquisition,and refines 16 indicators from the demand list;then focuses on the precise transformation of demand acquisition to design strategy through the AHP method,builds a judgment matrix based on the hierarchical model,determines the comprehensive weight and importance of each level of indicators The top 7 requirements indicators are ranked as the core elements and transformed into the design strategies required by the program.The KJ-AHP integrated design method is used as the theoretical support to explore the breakthrough point of the shower chair design practice in response to user needs and to realize the accurate mapping of needs and design solutions.Through the integrated design strategy of the KJ method and AHP method,with the aim of achieving the self-care ability of the elderly as the starting point,four preliminary design schemes for aging suitable shower chairs are output;By combining the key points of weight ranking and design strategy transformation,fully utilizing the adaptability of shower chairs,two schemes are selected to carry out specific design practices;Based on the comparison and evaluation of the weighted scores of each indicator item,combined with the required elements of the indicator layer,a redesign was carried out to accurately respond to the necessary,expected,and charismatic needs in the hierarchical structure model.The design practice of aging suitable shower chairs was carried out;Finally,by analyzing the two-dimensional relationship between design requirements indicators and user evaluation scores,the overall satisfaction score of the aging shower chair was 4.15,and it was verified that design practice can effectively meet user needs.This provides practical reference and optimization suggestions for user demand-oriented aging product design. |
