With the rapid development of coastal industry,human beings have exploited and utilized marine resources more and more.However,the complex and harsh marine environment makes navigation equipment encounter many problems when in service.At present,the most effective means to deal with these problems is still the application of antifouling coating technology,but traditional antifouling coatings mostly kill marine life through toxic antifouling agents,causing great harm to the marine environment.Therefore,the development of environmentally friendly antifouling coatings has become a hot issue in marine antifouling.In this paper,cannabidiol(CBD)with antibacterial function was used as the research object,and its antifouling performance was studied,and a cannabidiol-modified acrylate fluoropolymer(PCBF)coating and a cannabidiol-modified acrylate fluoroboron polymer(PCBBF)self-polishing coating were designed and prepared.Furthermore,the chemical structure was characterized,the surface microstructure,wettability and environmental friendliness of the coating were studied,and the anti-fouling performance of the coating was evaluated by anti-bacterial adhesion,anti-diatom attachment and anti-mussel adhesion experiments.The specific research content is as follows:By co-incubating with Pseudoalternomonas Xiamen and Bischabrow Algae solution for2 d and 28 d,respectively,the effect of CBD on the two was observed,and the concentration range with the best antifouling effect of CBD was obtained according to the measurement results of ultraviolet spectrophotometer.In order to further verify its application potential in coatings,CBD was grafted with KH590 by click reaction,and the surface of the glass sheet was modified by impregnation method,so that the water contact angle on the surface increased from 56.4° to 88.3°,and the antifouling activity test showed that the adhesion inhibition rate of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bischoderma could reach91.2%,respectively,60.3% and 52.8%.With methyl methacrylate(MMA)and ethyl acrylate(EA)as structural monomers,hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(HFBMA)as monomers to reduce surface energy,and CBD as antifouling functional monomers,PCBF was synthesized by free radical polymerization.It was found that PCBF could stabilize film formation and maintain surface morphology stability in seawater,and when the introduction amount of CBD was 5%,the coating showed the best antifouling effect,and its adhesion inhibition rate against Pseudoaltermutonas xiamen,Pseudoalterobonas bibris and purple mussels could reach 70.7% and 56.9%,respectively % and 77.3%.In addition,the coating had no significant effect on the growth of the coating during the 14 days co-culture with the solution of small crescent rhomboid algae,showing good environmental friendliness.PCBBF was prepared by grafting pyridine triphenyl borane(PTPB)on a side chain carboxyl-containing PCBF by proton exchange reaction.The study found that due to the introduction of hydrolyzable PTPB in the side chain of the polymer,the surface of the PCBBF coating is gradually renewed with time and water flow.When the introduction amount of CBD was 5%,the coating had the best antifouling effect,and its adhesion inhibition rates against Pseudoalteronas xiamen,Pseudoalteronas bibrilla and purple mussel were 79.4%,72.7% and 90.8%.In addition,the coating had no significant effect on the growth of the coating during the 14 days co-culture with the solution of small crescent rhomboid algae,showing good environmental friendliness.
