Ships have served in complex and harsh marine environments for a long time,and a series of bloody marine casualties have sounded the alarm for the intelligent monitoring and early warning of modern ships.Under the wave of a new generation of artificial intelligence,ship intelligence in the shipping field has become an inevitable development trend,and the development and use of intelligent ships has become a national marine energy strategy.The development of an efficient,reliable and intelligent liquid detector for ship safety detection plays a crucial role in the detection of ship liquid leakage.In the first part of the paper,the liquid detectors used in the current ship safety inspection are introduced by classification,and the sensing mechanism and intelligent method of the temperature sensor,photoelectric liquid level switch and two-electrode conductivity sensor are studied.The detection principle and influencing factors of two-electrode conductivity,the detection principle of photoelectric liquid level sensor,and the detection principle of platinum resistance temperature sensor designed and used in this paper are mainly analyzed.Intelligent liquid detector for ship safety detection.In the second part of the thesis,the structural design,assembly manufacturing and simulation analysis of the detector are completed.The design,manufacture implementation and finite element simulation analysis of temperature sensor,conductivity sensor,photoelectric liquid level switch and rate detection unit are carried out,and the overall design of the detector is carried out.In the third part of the paper,the measurement circuit is designed and the test system is built to explore the performance of each sensor.The signal conditioning and detection circuits of temperature sensor,rate detection unit and conductivity sensor are designed respectively.Relevant experiments are designed,the performance of the sensor is considered from the aspects of linearity,response time,repeatability and hysteresis,and the error analysis of the measurement results is carried out.At the end of the paper,a fuzzy sensor for ship liquid leakage is designed,and the signal parameters of the detector are fuzzified,and the combined effect of temperature and electrical conductivity is combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to output the natural language of the type of leakage liquid.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of the sensor is trained by using the neural network algorithm,and the fuzzy sensor is optimized by revising the input membership function and fuzzy inference rules of the fuzzy sensor through continuous learning.The test and analysis results show that the multi-sensor integrated system designed and implemented in this project can meet the detection requirements of ship leakage,and the fuzzy sensor outputs natural language that is easy for humans to understand,adapting to the dangerous situation of ship leakage.Neural network training and learning to realize the self-adaptation of fuzzy sensors for ship safety detection to meet cabin changes and complex on-site situations.
