| Table grape is a famous characteristic fruit in Xinjiang.Because grape fruit is rich in a lot of nutrients and tastes sour and sweet,it is favored by consumers.However,because grape fruit skin is thin and juicy,it is vulnerable to microbial infection and mechanical damage.Every year,about20%of grapes rot due to improper storage,causing serious economic losses.As one of the important ways of grape preservation,plastic film can prolong grape shelf life to some extent.At present,PE film is the most commonly used plastic film on the market,but they do not have antibacterial and degradability.Therefore,degradable logistics packaging material is the key to ensure the storage quality of fruits and vegetables.BioSuee membrane,as a safe and environmentally degradable material,plays a key role in post-harvest storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables and reduction of environmental pollution.In this study,three BioSuee films(B4,B5,B6)with different thickness and PE cling film were used to pack seedless white grape and red globe grape as experimental materials,and stored at 15±1℃for 14 days.They were placed in natural conditions and soil for 140 days for observation.The effects of 60μm BioSuee film combined with SO2grapevine cling paper on the shelf-life quality of red globe grapes were studied.The effects of BioSuee membrane on long-term storage quality and reactive oxygen species metabolism of red globe grapes were analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The effects of Biosuee films with different thickness on storage and transportation quality of seedless white grapes and their degradation performance were analyzed.B6 film has the best moisture permeability and oxygen permeability.After BioSuee membrane treatment,the postharharvest quality of fruits could be maintained well and the degradation effect was good.The degradation rates of each packaging film were 84.7%for B4 film,81.22%for B5 film and 92.8%for B6 film,respectively.At the end of storage,the weight loss rate and decay rate of B6 film treatment group were 7.62%and 8.8%,respectively,compared with 75.37%and 28.33%of PE group.Soluble solid 18.8%,hardness 4.94 N,20.44%and 10.46%higher than PE storage group,respectively.The volume fraction of CO2in grapes packaged with B6 film fluctuates between3.5%~4%and 16.6%~6.7%in the middle and later period.At the end of degradation,the weight loss rate and elongation at break of B6 film in soil environment were 12.64%and 6.84%,respectively.The surface morphology and microstructure of B6 film were obviously broken and caved.(2)The effects of 60μm BioSuee film(B6)combined with SO2grapevine cling paper on the shelf-life quality of red Globe grapes were studied.Compared with PE group,B6 group could better inhibit the rot rate,shattering rate and weight loss rate of red globe grape fruits,and alleviate the decrease of TSS and TA contents in fruits.Prevent the loss of water in the stem;Effectively maintain the content of SOD and CAT and improve the activity of POD,effectively remove H2O2and superoxide anion in fruit,and alleviate the aging process of red globe grape during shelf life;Extend the commercial sale period of red globe grape by 2~3 days.(3)The effects of 60μm BioSuee membrane(B6)combined with SO2grapevine cling paper on long-term storage quality and reactive oxygen species metabolism of red globe grapes were analyzed.Compared with PE group,B6 group could better alleviate the rot rate,shattering rate and weight loss rate of red globe grape.Prevent the loss of nutrients such as TSS and VC content in fruits;Inhibit water loss in fruit stem;Increasing the activities of CAT and SOD or delaying the peak of POD activity in grape fruits delayed the accumulation of O2-and H2O2and extended the storage tolerance of grape. |
