| With the development of industrialization,large-scale spherical gas storage tanks are more and more applications in various industries.After the large spherical tank is put into use,it is necessary to monitor and maintain its service status,surface test is one of the very important testing.Due to the specificity of the pressure tank shape,the manual detection method cannot meet the surface detection efficiency and quality requirements.In this investigation,the design of the weld inspection detection device is proposed for the need for a 1000 m3 large spherical gas storage tank used in wind tunnel test.The solution can be divided into both part of the body system the control system schemes.The body system scheme determines the attachment method,motion method and driving method to develop main technical parameters and design the structural model of the body.According to the proposed body scheme and structural model,the state of the automatic operating device in the spherical can body is analyzed.The spherical tank is divided into upper and lower surfaces,and the conditions of the device do not decline and the cathodes are analyzed.Further,simulation analysis of the magnet adsorption performance of the inspection device.In the simulation analysis,the vector magnetic density of the small cylindrical magnet and the large cylindrical magnet was obtained by establishing a small cylindrical magnet analysis model,respectively,and the value of the adsorption force was obtained.By physical experiments and compared than simulation results,the magnetic suction size deviation is within 10%.On this basis,the magnet arrangement between the two small cylindrical magnets in the track cell is analyzed,and the magnet arrangement between the cells is analyzed.Then,the control system of the inspection device has been studied and designed,and the chip of the control system is selected and the main control board is produced.The main interface and image acquisition interface of the host computer software is described in detail.The slave control system is designed,and the motion control,speed measurement and image acquisition modules.Finally,according to inspection device design scheme for large spherical gas storage tank,the various structural and control system components have been manufactured and assembled.Under laboratory conditions,the static and dynamic attachment behavior of the inspection device is tested,and its movement performance at different posture is measured.The spherical tank inspection test is performed under the field conditions.Three aspects of weld crossing capacity,tank surface running capacity and image acquisition test indicate that all performance can meet weld inspection needs. |
