In modern times,different occasions,biodiversity information accessibility is the key factor to promote biological research,such as analysis of plant water content and growth status of research on plant growth management plays an important role,while the spectrometer and spectrum analysis technology as an important instrument and the field information collection technology,the scope of its use is becoming more and more widely.With the rapid development of various technologies,the structure design of spectrometers is constantly improved,but there are still some defects such as large volume,high cost and complex optical path design,which make it limited in application and can not be widely used.Therefore,this thesis uses the combination of smartphone and micro-spectroscopic system to constitute a portable spectral acquisition system.Under the premise of ensuring a certain resolution and accuracy.The spectral acquisition system will be reduced in volume and cost,so that it can be widely used in many fields.First of all,the thesis is based on traditional spectrum system acquisition principle and structure of different spectral spectroscopic principle to determine the spectrum of acquisition system components.By ZEMAX simulation results with real data,the construction of the optical system is completed.And through the smartphone camera to replace the traditional detection device,the simple connection device to implement the mobile connection with optical system,the hardware construction of acquisition system is completed.Secondly,the spectral processing and spectral calibration are realized by image processing and curve fitting principle of least square method.The spectral calibration curves of the system are obtained successfully by combining three different monochromatic laser spectral data.On this basis,the Android platform and OpenCV and other open source libraries are combined to complete the corresponding APP development to achieve the supporting use of APP and system.The software can be used to acquire,process and display spectrogram data.Finally,the feasibility of the system is confirmed by analyzing the data acquisition results of several experiments.The repeatability,stability and accuracy of the system are verified by the average error between the measured value and the true value.At the same time,by acquiring water content data of plants for many times,it is verified that the portable spectral acquisition system can obtain water content of various plants with certain resolution and accuracy.In addition,the application research is carried out in the plant species and growth state,which reflects that the system can be applied to many aspects of research and be verified the practicability of the system.It also provides reference for subsequent plant related research.The results show that a low-cost,simple and space-saving spectral acquisition and analysis system can be built by combining reasonable optical path structure and hardware equipment under the premise of satisfying a certain resolution.The system has good stability,accuracy and other characteristics.It can be applied to many fields and occasions.Improving the public acceptance and utilization rate,and expanding the scope of use,so that the limitations of the application of spectral instruments have been solved.
