| The rapid development of China’s economy has boosted the demand for crude oil by a large margin.With the continuous adjustment and optimization of the national energy strategy and the downward pressure on environmental protection,China’s energy structure has been transformed layer by layer.The multiple strategic backgrounds such as the "de coalification" of the energy structure in Beijing Tianjin Hebei Shandong region have brought new opportunities for the development of crude oil business.As an important energy export port in China and an important port along the coast of Hebei Province,Huanghua Port should actively play the leading role of the leading port,take advantage of the port’s collection and distribution system to meet the demand for crude oil in the hinterland,drive the development of Huanghua Port’s crude oil business,and further promote the construction of a comprehensive trade port in Huanghua.Firstly,this paper combs the development history of ports and crude oil through literature research on port development and crude oil development at home and abroad,and introduces the concepts,characteristics and related theories of relevant strategic management,crude oil business and strategic analysis model used in this paper;Secondly,the PEST model and Porter’s Five Forces model are used to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment for Huanghua Port to develop its crude oil business,focusing on the external competition,business capacity and hinterland development of Huanghua Port to develop its crude oil business;Once again,through the SWOT model,we choose the expansion strategy in the process of developing crude oil business in the future,and make it clear that we will become the world’s leading crude oil transport port in the next 5-10 years.According to the strategic plan,we put forward implementation priorities and safeguard measures to ensure the orderly and healthy development of crude oil business in Huanghua Port. |
