The fuel cell can directly convert the chemical energy contained in the fuel into electric energy.This power generation technology can significantly reduce the consumption and dependence on fossil energy,which is conducive to the implementation of the policy of environment-friendly and sustainable.Widely concerned by the industry.It has a very bright application prospect and is considered by the industry as the core power of the next generation of hydrogen energy.Compared with Hydrogen fuel cell,direct alcohol fuel cells have attracted wide attention due to their obvious advantages in alcohol production and transportation,volume energy density,and fuel safety.However,its large-scale promotion is often limited by precious metal-based materials such as Pt and Pd.As a new type of porous materials,MOFs have been widely used in the field of energy.The thesis mainly uses Ni-based MOF materials as the research object,exploring its catalytic performance in electrocatalytic alcohol oxidation.The specific research content is as follows:(1)A series of Ni-BDC nanosheets were prepared by solvothermal method,and their electrochemical response behaviors in alkaline media were also tested.In addition,we also explored the effect of reaction temperature on the morphology and structure of the catalyst and the electrocatalytic methanol oxidation performance.The results show that the optimal reaction temperature can prepare the best MOFs-based electrocatalyst.Among them,Ni-BDC-120 showed the best electrocatalytic performance,the area activity and mass activity in the electrolyte of 0.1 M KOH+1M CH3OH reached 36.18 m A·cm-2and 142 m A·mg-1,respectively.(2)On the basis of previous studies,Ni-NH2BDC materials were prepared by changing the type of organic ligands.The effects of metal and organic ligand ratios on the morphology and structure of Ni-NH2BDC materials were mainly studied,and its application in electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol and ethanol was also studied.The results show that controlling the ratio of metal and organic ligands is crucial for the synthesis of MOFs-based electrocatalysts.(3)The nanoflower-like Ni-ZIF material was prepared by solvothermal reaction.Its unique morphology and structure are helpful for the electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol.In addition,we also explored the electrocatalytic methanol oxidation performance of self-supporting Ni-ZIF materials.The electrocatalytic performance was further improved after loading it on the surface of carbon cloth,which provided a new idea for the design of flexible electrode materials and broadened the application of MOFs materials in the energy field.
