Copper-nickel-tin alloy is often used as plain bearing because of its excellent performance,but its working environment is extremely harsh,long-term wear will cause parts failure,so the research on its friction and wear performance has become the key point to explore.By combining theoretical research with experimental analysis,this paper studied the influence rule of Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy on the degree of surface wear under different working conditions and analyzed the transformation process of wear mechanism from the perspective of structure composition and surface friction and wear.The response surface method has significant influence on the friction and wear of Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy material,which provides theoretical guidance for further research on the friction and wear properties of Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy material.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the theory of high temperature tribology,the self-lubricating wear resistance of copper-tin alloy and the principle of contact stress and tribology were studied,and the friction and wear properties were explored according to different load and temperature parameter setting tests.In this study,the pin-disk high temperature and high speed wear testing machine was used to carry out boundary lubrication sliding friction and wear test on Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy material,and the influence of temperature and load on the friction and wear characteristics of Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy material was analyzed,and the wear mechanism of the wear surface was studied.Based on the response surface method,an experimental scheme was designed to study the effects of temperature and load on the friction coefficient and wear amount of Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy.The quadratic regression equations of temperature,load,friction coefficient and wear amount were established,and the ANOVA analysis and 3D response surface model were used to analyze the influence sequence of temperature and load on the friction coefficient and wear amount of bearing Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy under the condition of oil depletion.The results show that the friction coefficient increases at different stages with the increase of temperature under low load.Under medium and high loads,the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of temperature.At temperatures of 50℃ and 100℃,the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of load.When the temperature is 150℃,the friction coefficient increases with the increase of the load.When the temperature is 200℃,the friction coefficient first increases and then decreases with the increase of load.The amount of wear increases with the increase of load.With the increase of temperature,the wear decreases first and then increases.With the increase of temperature,the wear mechanism changes from slight wear to severe wear.The influence of temperature on friction coefficient and wear of Cu-6Ni-6Sn alloy is greater than that of load.Design Expert12.0 software was used to optimize the test parameters.The optimal test parameters were 84℃temperature and 70 N load.The friction coefficient and wear amount were predicted and verified by regression equation.
